Although it is an old building, it is kept well-maintained.It feels kind of retro and nostalgic.Dinner is home-cooked by my wife. It was made by one person and it looks like it would be difficult. Please help your husband. lolIt seems like the husband and wife are in charge of the whole meal, and the husband and wife get involved a lot during the meal. Basically, it's like eating while listening to your husband's boasts. As I listened to the story, there were some things that made me quite nervous...Well, I don't know how much of it is true...The hostess was also friendly and served me matcha tea after breakfast.By the way, there is no draft beer available at dinner. Bottled beer and sake are available. The bath is not a hot spring, but you can lock it when you enter and it is spacious. However, the water pressure is too weak, so I think it takes women a long time to finish washing their hair. There are railroad tracks right next to the building, but there are no trains passing by when you're sleeping, so it's not a problem. The TV stand is askew, and the batteries for the air conditioner remote control are dead, but that's all part of the charm. It has good access near the station and Lake Shinji.

This is an inn with a history. It seems to be popular from overseas as well, so you'll be satisfied with both the food and the entertainment.

This is an old-fashioned inn that has become very rare these days. Breakfast was very delicious. If you're lucky, you can see swans from your window!

I used it during Golden Week last year. I may have caused some inconvenience because I was the only customer, but the husband and wife were able to talk about various things during dinner, and it became a very fond memory. I was able to enjoy the home-cooked dishes made by my wife.Shimane is quite far away, so I don't get to go there very often, but I would like to go there if I have the chance. Until then, please stay well.

The manzai-like conversations between the owner and his wife who serve Matsue's specialty "mushi sushi" throughout the year are hilarious! The steamed sushi is also topped with plenty of seasonal vegetables and fish, and comes with miso soup of clams, small side dishes, pickles, etc. Fruit dessert, coffee and seasoned rice! So for 1,100 yen, I'm very satisfied!!! Just lunch!

Thank you for helping me with my child's university entrance exam. A good old Japanese inn. We were treated to home-cooked meals.

There are also private rooms, which are easy to use. There are a variety of dishes, from hotpot to kaiseki. I think hotpot is good this season. The crab was also delicious.
