I happened to find this inn on Google Maps when I wanted to visit shrines. There are two authentic Japanese-style rooms that are more than enough for one person to stay in, and from the beautifully polished windows you can see the three-storied pagoda and numerous buildings that are important cultural properties.Quiet and beautiful. Only the chirping of birds can be heard.Bathrooms are designed with consideration to time allocation and can be locked. The bathtub is made of special natural stone that has a hot spring effect, making it pleasantly warm. All meals were excellent.I make my own rice. It was shining white. Many of the creative dishes are said to have been created by the chefs themselves by going into the mountains or cultivating the fields. The proprietress' elegant smile and heartfelt, beautiful demeanor from ancient Japan were pleasant and seemed to reflect the dignity of Momijikan as a whole. We also saw the previous generation, which gave off a sense of style. While I was staying there, I had no hesitation in applying to learn about the wisdom passed down from ancient Japan, which had been put on hold.Great food and lodging. I feel that the beautiful scenery and the Buddhist deities have inspired me to move on to a new life.thank you very much.

I ordered a meal for 5,500 yen. There were about 12 items, and the quantity and quality were excellent and worth more than the price. You can enjoy a quiet and luxurious time with a beautiful view from your room. The customer service was heartfelt and very kind.

A culinary inn located within the temple grounds. It's located inside a temple, so it's perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet space. All of the carefully prepared vegetarian cuisine is delicious and won't leave you feeling hungry the next day, which is common when traveling. The gentle taste made my body feel refreshed. The fried eggplant had a fragrant soy sauce and was incredibly delicious. In addition to the location, the food and atmosphere are calming, making you feel like you've been detoxified. This is one of the hotels I would like to stay at again.

This is a retro-style inn located within the grounds of Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The young owner, his wife, and their son, the head chef, will take care of you wonderfully. The crab plan was great. I was very satisfied with the live crab, crab sashimi, and grilled crab.Thank you very much♪The illuminated five-storied pagoda was nice.

After visiting Kiyomizu-dera Temple, we had Buddhist vegetarian cuisine here. I was able to have a very relaxing meal in my private room. The vegetarian cuisine was delicious. Although not pictured, soup and chawanmushi came later.
