Second use. We stayed at a dog site in the forest.○CampsiteThe reception desk is at the bottom, and the forest site expands uphill from there. My first stay was at the top site, and it was quite a pain to climb up and down. . . Going to the beach, going to the playground, taking a bath, going to the dog park, picking up croissants in the morning, going to the laundry all require climbing up and down. The site above is not good in that sense.○About the size of the siteThe description says it's 100㎡, but it's not that big. I put up ZANEARTS Rolo. It's wide enough to just hang it up, but when I tried to flip up the entire panel, it was quite tight. I stretched it diagonally and it was just barely there. I don't think it would be possible to set up a family size two room and tarp.○About the facilityThere's a bath, play equipment, and a dog run, so it's easy to use. However, for better or for worse, the dog run only has a fence, so in the summer it gets hot enough to put you in danger. The surrounding grass is also vacant, so I hope they can spread it out further and provide some shade. The bath costs 770 yen for adults, 330 yen for children, and 2,200 yen for a parent and four children. I think it's quite expensive considering the facilities, such as the number of washing areas and bathtubs, but there aren't any affordable hot springs nearby, so I think it can't be helped considering the convenience. The view is very nice.○Customer demographicI don't know why, but there were a lot of people with bad manners. The first time and the second time, the woman who came next to me was a mother who scolded her child loudly from morning until night. On another site, someone who looked like a gal mom was laughing out loud and was noisy. The staff don't seem to care.○StaffI think he is very personable, but I got the impression that he could only respond according to the manual.Case 1: “Threatening with lawsuits”I was told to use the built-in bonfire stand for the grass site, so I tried to use it, but it was shaky, and my bonfire stand was a little slippery, so it was scary. So, I brought a bonfire sheet and a heat-reflecting stainless steel plate, and my bonfire stand is about 20cm above the ground, so I asked if I could remove the wobbly pedestal and was told, ``I'll prepare another one.'' "I will." However, although I had various things brought to me, it was still shaky. When I asked him again, ``Isn't it dangerous to do this with my equipment?'', he threatened me with a lawsuit, saying, ``If the grass catches fire, I'll be sued.'' ``Then, is it okay if my bonfire stand slips and burns the grass because of this stand you prepared?'' I asked, and they replied, ``It doesn't matter.'' Hmm, I can't understand what you're saying. I felt that following the rules and protecting the grass were being confused. If they are going to go so far as to go to court and force rules, I would like them to build a solid platform that can accept any kind of bonfire charges. This table is dangerous even for children. Or maybe it would be better to consider making seats compulsory or establishing rules regarding the ground clearance of fire pits?Case 2Apart from the past two stays, I have canceled once during the coronavirus pandemic. About two days ago, my child had contracted the coronavirus and I had no choice but to call and they said, ``Okay, then you'll have to pay the cancellation fee.Okay.'' I was cut off. During the coronavirus pandemic, we communicated with other campgrounds about children's health, weather, etc., but I was surprised to have never seen such a dry response. Is it because of Manabis, or is it because of Nappu's attitude of trying to collect the cancellation fee anyway? At other campsites, they told me, ``If you do that, there is no cancellation fee, so you can wait until the day before to see what happens.'' At a certain famous campground, half of the cancellation fee is the amount you will have to pay for the next one year. There are measures that can be applied to. Then pay the cancellation fee, gacha! I've been camping for 7 years and this is the only one I've been to.Based on the above, I feel that this is not a response for people who like camping. Even the noisy people mentioned above don't seem to pay attention. It's a very good campsite with all the facilities, but I thought the problem was the poor customer base and the inflexibility of the staff.
