I've been using it for 3-4 years, but last time I was double booked.Although I had made a reservation for this place a year in advance, I decided to give priority to those who made reservations later and look for other similar places nearby, so I decided to go there.Well, mistakes are made by humans, so it can't be helped,I told them that the worst option was to have Wi-Fi for the kids and an air conditioner when they sleep at night, but when I asked them, "Do you have an air conditioner?", they did! was the reply.I moved to another place, but instead of using an air conditioner, I used a cooling fan...I can't sleep in the large room with a cooling fan and a cooling fan.Still the same amount.I wasn't satisfied.I didn't complain because there was no point in complaining, but I don't want to use them again due to their sloppy management and terrible customer service even though I've been going there for years.The location was good and dogs allowed, but...I don't feel like booking again.It was a shame.

This is a valuable accommodation facility in the Matsue area where you can bring your dog.The view of the sea and the starry sky at night from the hill is amazing. The location and price were perfect, being 30 minutes to Matsue city and 1 hour to Izumo, but the humidity was surprisingly high despite the location being nearly 100m above the sea. Because of this, you may be concerned about the damage to the building and the smell of sewage, so it is not recommended for people who are sensitive.If you are going by car, it is best to avoid going up from the coastline. It's best to enter from Prefectural Route 21 on the east side, using the San'in Kateigakuin sign as a guide.

It's fine if you're a family member, but I'd be a little more careful.

I don't recommend it if you're afraid of insects, but it's separate so you won't be bothered by the noise. Equipped with microwave, rice cooker, and refrigerator. There were no bath towels so you had to bring your own.
