Advantages: The hotel is quiet. All bedding is very comfortable. The water is strong. The staff are friendly and not chaotic. The atmosphere of the hotel is good and worth the price. Disadvantages: Breakfast is not enough. In the morning, the food will run out. The room looks a bit old. The bathroom doesn't look clean, there are stains (downstairs, innermost room).

I stayed for a weekBreakfast included, swimming pool, coffee, and free water were great. The breakfast restaurant can be used like a cafe, but there are not many people using the swimming pool.I used it leisurely. The staff are young and friendlyCleaning is a basic service every day, but there were days when it wasn't done. How many days have you been there?Tiny ants? It was seenHang a cleaning sign on the doorknob. There is a washing machine and dryer on the first floor, but there is a fee. A 40 baht coin is required. The rooftop terrace is spacious and has tables and chairs.I brought food up for dinner and ate it.Nearby, Top Smart, Korean food bar, and Chang Puak Night Market are within walking distance.Akayama Coffee and Cafe De Sot are worth a walk.Lee Dong’s was a local residence, so it was nice because the prices were cheap. This is a reasonably priced accommodation.

Overall, it was okay for the price. Was it around 30,000 won per night? If it goes over 50,000, um... kinda...? As you might expect, there seem to be a lot of housekeeping issues, but I received it without any problems.

I ended up making reservations for consecutive nights as refunds were not possible. Please scroll down for the summarized comprehensive review.1. There was no sign on the door handle, but they didn't clean it because they didn't hang it (I asked for cleaning on the way out on the first day just in case, but when I went out the next day, they said it was a cleaning problem)2. There are an absurd number of mosquitoes (I received an outlet type mosquito repellent, but it didn't kill me, so there were so many that I had to buy a spray type at the supermarket).3. Insufficient management of swimming pool water quality (leaves, bugs, etc. in the morning, it looks like they only cleaned it by turning on the water circulation).4. Bed linen covers are not replaced during cleaning (smudges left behind during late-night snacking)ㄴThe serious thing about the above is that I used the same bedding for 3 days and the second day was the last night, so I just wiped that area with a wet tissue and went to sleep.5. I thought I would sleep on the bed cover (especially the mattress), but when I lifted it up, the mattress part was rotten.6. It takes a long time for the air conditioner to cool down (I came from a different location, but it was big enough to feel the difference).7. From the first day, I told them that it wasn't working, so they did a lot of repairs (the card key didn't work, so I parked it in a hallway full of mosquitoes, and the staff discussed it for about 10 minutes. They said they'd give me the key first, but I told them to use it, and if that was the case, I asked them to change it to a different room of the same level, so they called a technician).8. This is the attitude of the employees who are talking about the above. When they apologize, they should apologize and be serious, but in a bad situation, they would laugh and talk among themselves, and then laugh and say sorry, but if they were able to communicate, I wanted to say, “Are you funny?”9. The washing machine is not free. It costs 40 baht, but when I look at the detergent box, I don't feel like using it.10. Breakfast is not enough compared to other branches11. There is a kitchen, but no ice (there were other branches, but unlike other locations, only hot coffee was served in the lobby).SynthesisOverall, it is at the motel level with old and problematic rooms.Among the signs of remodeling, there is paint in the room, but even the switch that turns on the lights has traces of being repainted and is shabby. Many of the employees are so unprofessional that you don't even know why they exist, and if they don't have any expertise, they should at least be proactive, but it seems like a place where they play among themselves rather than work.

+ Add review. Isn't that crazy? I was worried that they wouldn't clean it, so I even asked on my way out the day before if they were going to clean it, but when I came in, it wasn't cleaned at all. Even if you don't want to clean, don't you need to fill up the towels and tissues? The card key didn't work the day before, so I had it repaired, but today it didn't work again, so I went in and out of the counter. I'm so mad. This accommodation is not worth giving a star. As soon as I entered on the first day, the safety device broke and was repaired. There were cotton swabs discarded by previous people on the floor, and there was even a lizard. I think I caught about 10 mosquitoes, and there were so many mosquitoes that I had to buy mosquito repellent from outside, and the cleaning the next day was a mess, and they gave me not enough towels and toilet paper, so I had to go in and out of the counter. Even the door wouldn't open with the key, so I couldn't get into the room, and even though the staff gathered in front of the room as a group, they couldn't solve the problem, so all they could do was give me a key and tell me to use it. I felt bad so I asked to change the room, but after a while, they just told me to wait and said they had called a repairman. I didn't even get an apologetic attitude or apology, but rather smiled mischievously and made me feel even worse. I found out from other reviews that the staff was not properly trained. If you want to experience something unpleasant while abroad, make a reservation. Even while I am staying, I am thinking about changing accommodations.
