Fantastic hotel for having a peaceful rest in Chiang Mai. It is 10 minutes walk to the old town.Facilities are fantastic: All furniture is new, very clean and beautiful decorated (pastel colours).Service is ok but they are not usually available and their English is poor.Definitely will come back here.

Great place to stay close to Chiang Mai old town. The room is really cute, they have themes for each one, and it’s super clean. All furnitures looked new (January 2023), and facilities worked very well. Well located, walking distance to night market and local restaurants. It felt very safe and quiet as well.Be cautious when paying with card though, the staff (who speak very little English) dictated our card’s credentials over the phone, which was weird for us.

The place is very good. But there must be a car coming into the alley. The rooms are clean. The owner and receptionist are very attentive. Staying with family, booking two large rooms. The children really like the bunk beds.

Cute hotel, pastel colors, inexpensive price, good service staff. There is parking for 4-5 cars in front. You can also park on the opposite side. This is a dead-end alley, convenient to find food, near Kadkom College of Dramatic Arts. Chiang Mai Gate Market

Baan Pastel has 2 floors, with rooms on the first and second floors.Personally, I think the room is rather cramped.+ The door to the room has a peephole.+ have breakfast+ Bathroom separated into wet and dry areas** Breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m. But it might be faster than that.In the morning, Auntie will come knock on the room and ask first. Do you want breakfast? I will have done it.** If you arrive in the evening, there will be a number for you to call.In no more than ten minutes, a staff member will come to you at your accommodation. For this stay, I like the service. If it weren't for the TV and parking issues, I might stop by again.
