I went there on my anniversary. It was a space that combined great hospitality and location, the pride of a long-established store, and modern convenience. The food was exquisite and artistic, and we had a quiet and elegant time. Her songs encouraged me many times when I was young, and I was moved by the fact that she grew up here.

It is located just a short walk from the front of Izumo Taisha Shrine, and the surrounding scenery is wonderful. The inn looks old-fashioned at first glance, but the back part has been extended and is mainly a guest room, which is very beautiful. The building near the reception is also old-fashioned, but it is well maintained and feels very clean. The food is also very delicious, delicate and satisfying. Dishes that use dashi soup are especially deep and make you want to eat them every day.One thing I would like to ask you is that Mariya Takeuchi's songs are being played inside the building, so it doesn't bother me, but the restaurants are also playing songs by Mariya Takeuchi or Tatsuro Yamashita, so they are playing songs at the restaurants. I think it would be better to change it.Lastly, I'm not talking about inns, but the many souvenir shops and restaurants in the area close at 16:00 or 17:00, and close all at once, so we recommend that you take a walk early in the day. Masu. The nearest convenience store is about a 10 minute walk.

It goes without saying that this is Maria Takeuchi's parents' home! This is a long-established inn with a very atmospheric atmosphere. The location is good, right in front of Izumo Taisha Shrine, and I would love to stay there sometime!

It was a relaxing room with a well-maintained courtyard ✨ We had breakfast and dinner, and we were also served seafood using seasonal ingredients, which is unique to the Sea of Japan side. The location is very convenient as it is right in front of Izumo Taisha Shrine and in the temple town. I had a valuable stay😊

The location, the historic building, the service, it was all impeccable.Even in hot spring hotels, in addition to hot spring bathing options, the in-room facilities are novel and there is also a bathtub. It is very helpful for people who are mysophobic and dare not go to public pools. In particular, the kaiseki cuisine is exquisite and attentive. In addition to the local delicacies: Shimane Wagyu beef, black throat, Matsuba crab, pheasant, Koriko soba, red bean glutinous rice balls..., there are also many small ingenuities. For example, local delicacies in Hozuma containers, appetizers in the shape of monsters, or breakfast with pickles in the shape of Izumo Taisha Shrine. There is a self-service coffee bar in the hotelThere are also souvenir shopsEverything is available.

The elderly woman who welcomed me gave me a good first impression with her kind and polite demeanor and accurate explanations, but the other young male staff members did the assembly line work that was compulsory no matter what. It felt like he was being instructed inside...there was no warmth at all. When I said breakfast was scheduled for 8 o'clock and went there 10 minutes early, I was asked to wait outside and was thrown out. It seems that it is impossible to accommodate guests freely at this inn. The room was only equipped with tea bags and a pot, so I was glad I brought my own toiletries. The food was reasonably priced and delicious, but there were no special local dishes other than freshwater clam soup. As I was leaving, the young man at the reception seemed to have a troublesome attitude, and he apologized without saying thank you for his help.Maria, aren't you disappointed?
