The prices were reasonable, and the customer service was just right and I felt very comfortable.I think it was because it was night, but the road from Ota to the hotel was quite dark and a little creepy, so it was scary to drive (although there were no oncoming cars at all).

This is a former Kanpo inn where the Showa Emperor and Empress used to stay. It's old, but it was renovated a few years ago. If it's a holiday or the season is good, there might be a lot of people, but on weekdays it's empty. Good for people who want to spend a quiet time. It was nice to be able to take a long, relaxing bath in the large, warm bath, but my hands got really dry from soaking in too much. Maybe it's because the water has a lot of salt. The drinking water in the changing room was so warm and disgusting that I couldn't drink it. I rented table tennis, but was surprised that there was a charge. The shops are also closed. There are some disappointing points, but the price is also reasonable. If you don't have high expectations, you won't be disappointed.

I stay in many hotels, but I didn't like how the curtains and carpet in this hotel room were very dirty. I had to change them, but they were so dirty and torn. In the photo, the Japanese-Western room looked spacious and I thought it was clean. The food and hot springs were good.

I thought I would have to cancel or not have dinner because of the inconvenience, but the elderly man on the phone had a really bad feeling. Apparently they wanted me to pay a cancellation fee. No, because of you, the hard work of the other staff members has come to nothing. I wouldn't go there and I wouldn't recommend it.

This was my third stay last month, and last time I had trouble connecting to the wifi in the room, but this time I was able to connect without any problems. The large communal bath can also be reserved for private use during late hours. If it's not a long holiday, you can stay for 5,000 yen per person without meals, so it's reasonable.

Used in summer 2013. I didn't know much about the food since I stayed without meals, but the chloride hot springs and the view from the room were amazing. A good old hot spring hotel with a bit of a Showa-era atmosphere.

Used for day trip bathing. There aren't many people, so I'm satisfied with the relaxing atmosphere. Full marks if you can eat without making a reservation.
