Thank you for the villa, our family made an impromptu booking on Google search results. We are really looking for a place where a large family can stay. because there are 8 adults and 4 toddlers. and what's really nice is the view right on the beach and the price is under 1 million just for this villa. We bargained and got it at 700 thousand (during the school holidays) the original price was higher but still under 1 million. quite worth it for thin healing. minuses: the water gallon was empty, only filled in the morning at 9😁, 3 rooms, 2 queen beds and one single bed (but enough for two). There is no air conditioning, I use a propeller fan above it, it's a bit hot during the day, and it's comfortable at night. When I went there at night the lights went out for an hour. the bathroom is clean but there is no soap dispenser, the water is used in the morning for a foot bath. in the kitchen there is a magicom, there is a gas stove, there are pots and frying pans, there are grills, there are no tools, ladles, there are no spoons at all, there are no knives either. 3 plastic glasses. 2 plates. (BRING YOUR OWN OK).The TV is just a decoration with no channels. There was no place to dry clothes, so we were told to pack wet clothes after swimming. The outside trash can has not been emptied, there should be a special bin for family villa residents. The conditions here are incredibly beautiful, there is rubbish but not too much. The waves reach the front of the villa barrier, it's really exciting, it protrudes slightly into the interior so toddlers can play in the sand to their satisfaction. During the day there are ATV rides for 50 thousand 2 rounds. ride a horse for 50 thousand one lap, the waves are really fast, really exciting for those who like surfing. My suggestion is to improve all the facilities, it seems that if the building is not good, at least the facilities should be improved and complete... the contact person written on the wall is just decoration, in fact there is no solution.
