I paid in cash that night and even though I had a receipt to prove it, I still refused to acknowledge it. The credit card bill didn’t look like this. Without my credit card signature, I was able to get the credit card information from Agoda and charge for it on my own. It’s weird. Unlucky :/

It is a dishonest B&B, who double charged us. Do not pay cash, as we were requested, and they may charge again thru credit card that was provided while booking. For customers with insufficient Japanese, it would be very harder to communicate with the staffs there, who speak Japanese only.It was a dishonest B&B who charged us double. Please do not pay in cash as we requested. They may charge you again through the credit card provided during the reservation.

I stayed here this time.Personally, it was good.I think it's enough for a night without meals.The employees were also friendly.I hope the road opens soon!thank you very much!

The location and service were very good. Although the road was closed, we were given a shuttle and guided to a lighthouse along the way. It's cheap and you can stay comfortably.

I received a phone call three days ago. I was told that the road was closed, so in that case I would have to come by boat.Even though it was a room-only plan, the cancellation fee was exactly 50%.I think it's safe to avoid it when it rains continuously.

Three days before I went to stay the night, I received a sudden phone call saying that the road to the hotel was closed.I was surprised to be charged a 50% cancellation fee even though it was a room-only plan!

The staff are very kind.I won't go into details, but I was in a lot of trouble, and I sincerely thank you for your help. Although I was staying without meals, I was glad that I didn't have to bring anything as food was sold at the inn. The parking lot is large and very convenient. The room was too big for one person lol I recommend it! !

I wanted to go to Hinomisaki Lighthouse first thing in the morning, so I was glad that there was a good hotel nearby. The amenities included toothbrushes, towels, sponges, and yukatas, and even though we were a family of four, the room was spacious (15 tatami mats)! I took a bath twice, once in the evening and once in the morning. Honestly, my air conditioner is old, so if I turn it off, it gets cold and it gets dry. The owner was also very kind and even saw me off.
