The partner parking lot was unavailable due to construction and there was no advance notice, so it was the worst.

Conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from Matsue Station. There is also a Lawson nearby, which is convenient. I went there by car, but it has a partnership with the nearby Times multi-storey parking lot, so I took my parking ticket to the front desk and was able to park there for 600 yen a day. You pay in advance when you check in, receive a piece of paper with a PIN number printed on it, and enter the number when entering your room to unlock it. It's convenient because there's no key, so you don't have to check out. On the 1st floor, there was a free drink corner in the breakfast venue, where you could drink as much coffee and juice as you like. The cup was quite small and the quality of the coffee was poor. The room is the size of a typical business hotel, but I'm glad that shoes are not allowed. It's nice to be able to watch YouTube and Netflix (account required) on the TV. Wi-Fi had decent speed. There is a large public bath on the 2nd floor, and although there is no open-air bath or window, it is a small space that could barely accommodate 10 people, but it was nice to be able to stretch out my legs and soak in the hot water. The breakfast venue was quite small and was designed for business hotel guests only. The food was delicious with Japanese food and bread. Well, it doesn't calm down at all, but maybe that's not what I'm looking for. Overall, the location is convenient and I think it's mainly for business trips, but I don't think it's bad for sightseeing either.

All you can drink welcome free drink is nice. I feel like I have to bring a pack of tea to my room. Room mini sofa, compact and I want it at home. A password is required for both the room and the bathroom. I went out to go to [Zen-chan] next door, which had a nice atmosphere, and had Shiji Miramen, but I ended up going into Yowaraku. It's nice that the dryer on the second floor of the hotel is free.

Does the job, at least for the price you pay for. Rooms are small yet comfortable and clean. The pillows are those Japanese rocks which you can leave in the floor and sleep instead with a pile of clothes. Onsen was standard and breakfast had more breads than usual hotel breakfasts.
