This apartment is located a 10min walk away from Asakusa historical neighbourhood, in a quiet residential area. It has a metro station really close and several convenience stores. We felt the location was really good after the hectic days walking through Tokyo.The apartment itself is big for 2 people, it has a small kitchen with utilities and also a washing machine which came in handy. Detergent is also provided. The bathroom size is also good. On the other hand, there were no kitchen rags nor kitchen paper and considering the price of the apartment we felt this should have been provided.The staff was always nice and helped calling for us our next hotel to ask for booking confirmation before we sent over our luggage. Unfortunately, the apartment does not manage luggage transportation and you have to take the luggage to the closest convenience store which is 2min away from it. Not a big issue but again considering the price tag I would have expected this service to be provided.Overall, I would recommend staying here if you're staying in Tokyo for 1 week or more and prefer a bigger space than the ridiculously small rooms most hotels offer.

Section L's room design was perfect for a family of 4 while traveling in Japan. It was very clean. The bunk beds for my kids were a nice touch and perfect way to save space. The in-unit laundry machine was an incredibly helpful amenity for me as a mom. I tried to travel light, which can be hard when packing for a family of 4. Knowing I had an in-unit laundry machine to use was also a game changer. The staff was also amazing - very accommodating and helpful.

The neighbors occasionally hit the walls with something, making it hard to sleep in the evening. The room was not soundproof enough.The room had very basic chairs that were uncomfortable to sit on, and moving them caused screeching sounds on the floor. The bed was solid.It took a long time to heat up the water.Location was great, and the staff made an effort to be helpful.
