I saw it on social media and thought it would be a place where I could relax and read a book and enjoy the hot springs, so I made a reservation six months in advance! The appearance of the hotel and the scenery of the hot spring town are all such a relaxing space that will make you forget time!I had booked a square room, but as a surprise upgrade I was able to stay in a straight room. The hospitality was great, including a gift of a vase of flowers and free hot spring tickets for line friends who made reservations through their website.Another thing I was looking forward to was the Japanese breakfast! I had a Japanese breakfast both nights this time, and I felt like I was in good shape from the inside out. On the second day, I had a dessert for breakfast! The structure of the room was such that you could feel the craftsmanship everywhere, including the furniture made by many craftsmen, and it was a combination of the best of old and new, but the room didn't feel out of place and was rather relaxing. I was especially excited about the bathroom floor, which has tiles made from tiles that have been processed into tile sizes! Apparently there are 5 rooms, but I would like to stay in a different room next time😊The staff also made me smile with their detailed explanations and lovely smiles❢Thank you for all the wonderful memories✨If I can go there again, I would like to stop by! Thank you for your support at that time❢

It was a long journey to Arifuku Onsen, changing trains and buses. When I arrived,The interior of the room was made with wonderful handmade crafts that took advantage of Shimane's traditions, and the curry for dinner was delicious. There were no curtains, and I woke up to the morning sun shining through the shoji screens. The loungewear was made of sturdy fabric and was comfortable to wear, so I went to the hot springs wearing it.I was impressed by the hotel's great concept.I want to go again, thank you very much.

A secret hot spring that feels like a historical hideout.A modern-day small hot spring town. A small inn located at the end of stairs and paths that resemble the world of Spirited Away. You can feel the warmth of the well-designed wood that was created by renovating an old folk house. I enjoyed visiting the outdoor baths nearby. There is no TV, so you can enjoy carefully brewed coffee while listening to jazz playing from wooden speakers. It was a luxury to buy ingredients at the supermarket, which was about a 10-minute drive away, and have breakfast cooked in the mini kitchen and drinks in the room.I had a peaceful time.

Sorry to bother you the other day.I had high expectations because the atmosphere of the hot spring town was good and the reputation of this hotel was good. There were two staff members, and while it's great that they get along well, they were so excited that it was hard to talk to them...Also, I think it can't be helped because it's in the mountains, but there are a lot of insects. There is insecticide in the room, but it may not be recommended for people who don't like it.The breakfast was delicious and the ingenuity was fun.thank you very much.

It was an interesting inn with many special features. I stayed on a Tuesday night without doing much research when planning, but the only restaurant in the neighborhood was closed on Tuesdays, and the Gozenyu (hot spring) was also closed on Tuesdays. Please be careful when making reservations. I talked to the staff at the hotel about this in advance and received various suggestions, so I was able to buy vegetables and fish at the roadside station in Gotsu, cook them in my room, and have a relaxing dinner. It was quite fun. (I brought small seasonings, rice, etc.) In short, Arifuku Onsen itself is a hot spring resort where everyone has different tastes. The inn doesn't have a hot spring (bath), so the style is to go to the outside bath. It may be good for people who like the quality of the spring water here, but it may not be suitable for people who want to enjoy the scenery or take an open-air bath. Actually, I was a little worried before going to this hot spring. I was wondering if it was a good place to stop by and spend the night, as it's far from Tokyo and there wasn't much information about it.The accommodation I stayed at was a very interesting and unique place, so it ended up being a memorable place. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff who consulted with me, and I was filled with the desire to support the people who are working hard to create wonderful and thoughtful accommodations in this location.Last but not least, if you are staying overnight, please be sure to include breakfast! I think so. The breakfast was so amazing that even now, several days later, I still remember each and every meal. The miso soup made with grated burdock was especially delicious, and I heard that it was made with a delicious local brand of burdock called ``Handa Burdock.'' Please see the photo for detailed menu! Arifuku morning porridge rice was the best.
