Stayed in a guesthouse on the 5th floor. Although it is a weekday, the price is reasonable. It is a recommended inn for sightseeing in Matsue, with convenient transportation that allows you to explore the surrounding area on foot, and a view right in front of you. Both the guest room and the guest room's open-air bath were clean and spacious, and the room bath was like your own bathtub, but hot water was available 24 hours a day. There is nothing noteworthy about the spring quality. All the staff are kind and courteous. I was grateful that the entrance to the room had double doors, which allowed me to stay comfortably without having to worry about noise from the hallway.Meals are served in a private room, so you don't have to worry about being seen, but the upper part of the room is connected, so you can still hear people talking. The sofa in the room faces Lake Shinji, and there is also a table, but while it's fine for a quick beer, it's not big enough to spread out a snack. The shower room and bathtub in the room are completely visible from the outside, but there are blinds that can be adjusted to adjust the angle, so there is no inconvenience.Although I can't say it was a good value for money, it was a satisfying stay.

I stayed here for one night during my trip to Shimane.Since there was a room available, we were given a free upgrade. (Photo Room 302)The front desk, room, and public bath were very clean and comfortable.I couldn't finish my dinner and when I asked for advice, they arranged a plate for my room and brought it to me, which was very helpful. Also, I felt unwell in the morning, so could you please prepare some medicine for me and pack something easy to eat for breakfast in a lunch box? He called out to me. All the staff are very polite and nice.It was a really fun trip, and I'm grateful for this relationship. thank you very much.

This is the first time I have taken care of you.Issui Naniwa’s room is an open-air bath on the 4th floor. It was a perfect room for two couples with ``Mizu to Kumo no Sho'' 😆. Thank you for accepting my sudden request for dinner the day before my stay. At that time, we were served a ``Four Seasonal Kaiseki Cuisine that Tastes the Goods of the San'in Region.'' Not only was it delicious, but it also had a large variety of dishes😆It was very delicious.I don't have any food allergies, but my wife doesn't like onions. That's why I was so happy that they served it with something to replace the green onions.Just as I was about to eat the dessert, I even received matchmaking chopsticks to commemorate my wedding anniversary (which I had mentioned in advance), which made it a great wedding anniversary. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

In front of Lake Shinji.Perhaps because there was vacancy on a weekday, I was able to upgrade my room to one with an open-air bath for the same price.I had a good feeling with polite customer service. After checking in, you can choose to wear in-house wear such as a yukata or samue. I was worried about the various types of yukata for women. I also borrowed some indoor clothes and went to my room. You take off your shoes on the elevator floor, and the room has a tatami floor. The shoebox also has a lock, so you don't have to worry about theft or mistakes. The door to the room is a sliding door, which is a little uneasy, but there is a door on the side of the room for privacy. It was difficult to open and close the keys to the room and shoe cabinet.Although it felt a little strange to have a washbasin in the room, the room was very clean. The chairs at the counter were a little too high and it was a little difficult to sit down. The sweets in the room were not the usual manju or rice crackers, but elaborate jelly and were very delicious. There was free juice, coffee, and low alcohol beer in the lobby, which I took advantage of.The public bath didn't feel large or small, but it was very warm. There was also ice cream that you could eat freely, which I enjoyed after taking a bath.Dinner was in a private room, but the surrounding sounds were not blocked, and it was quite noisy due to the voices of other customers. The food was large, but it was so delicious that I ate it all.You can order additional items and drinks using the touch panel, which is convenient. After the meal, when I returned to my room, the futon was spread out and the lighting was turned down to indirect lighting, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. The breakfast was just the right amount and was delicious.I would also like to use it if I have the opportunity.

Matsue Minabikan and Kasuien Minami were terrible, so Naniwa Issui's goodness stood out. The private open-air bath was also nice. The only thing that was definitely worse was being eaten by bed bugs. There were two characteristic bite marks, and it was extremely itchy, so I went to the doctor the next day and was told it was bed bugs. I hope to get rid of it completely by fumigating it. Other than that it was a good hotel.

The service content is actually business hotel class, imitating high class. If it's less than 10,000 yen per night, it might be fine. When I brought my acquaintance's cell phone into the room to charge it, he started making persistent prank calls over and over again. What's more, he purposely presses the room bell over and over again.Even when I explained the situation, he was quarrelsome from the beginning, had no intention of listening to me, and continued to make excuses. This method is more like an anti-social organization than a service industry. No matter how good the side is, I feel that it lacks the heart, which is the root part, so I won't use it even if it's free, and I won't recommend it.An inn that takes money that doesn't match the quality and is good at making customers uncomfortable.

From the courteous customer service to the room we stayed in, the meals we received, and the view of Lake Shinji from the room, everything was very satisfying. It was a nice inn that was convenient for sightseeing around Matsue and Izumo Taisha.

I stayed here for sightseeing. I received a free upgrade on the day of my stay, and was in room 302, which had a newly renovated open-air bath. The facilities were well-equipped, and the room itself was well thought out and made for a stress-free stay. There were binoculars to watch the morning clam fishing, and there was a sign to show how crowded the public bath was, which gave me a sense of some thoughtfulness.I was able to have a relaxing meal in a private room. It was a highly satisfying stay, with free drinks and free newspapers.
