The inside of the venue is set up very nicely. I visited in mid-June and was even able to see fireflies.The disadvantage is that if you plan to have a BBQ at night, you will be attacked by a large number of insects. This is natural since we live in the mountains, but what about using blue light to get rid of bugs? Maybe things would have been a little different if I had installed that? Unfortunately, there was a centipede in the room.Please be prepared and go out 💦 Is it fun for now? It became a memory.

This is a campsite that my family and I visited every year when I was in elementary school. I came back for the first time in a long time because I had fond memories and wanted to let my children enjoy nature as well.We weren't confident in camping in a serious way, so we rented a mountain hut (with a loft) and a barbecue house so that the kids could easily enjoy the outdoor experience.The mountain hut is equipped with bedding, cooking utensils, fans, and gas heaters, and is fully equipped for a family stay.You can park your car nearby and there is plenty of space for a bonfire or barbecue.I think the mountain hut is showing its age, but it was very well maintained and I had a very comfortable stay.If you tell the manager what time you would like to use the barbecue house, the fire will be lit at that time and you can enjoy the BBQ right away, and they will even clean up after the fire, which is great for someone with children. I was grateful.I can't believe in this day and age that it doesn't cost 10,000 yen to use the mountain hut/barbecue house after getting this much done😳By the way, I would like to order a set of ingredients for the barbecue for an additional fee, but it comes with 3 types of meat (beef, pork, and chicken), assorted vegetables, and rice balls, and the taste and volume are great!Especially the beef was tender and delicious.The children, who are usually absorbed in playing games at home, seemed to be having fun playing in the river that runs through the premises, and they seemed satisfied with just a quick walk in nature ☺️We were blessed with good weather, and at night we sat outside on chairs and enjoyed the starry sky and the bonfire. The kids seemed happy, but I think we adults might have been more healed by enjoying nature to the fullest🤣Now that I'm an adult, I can see that this place is even more wonderful than I felt when I was a child.I want to come regularly from now on because I can have an extraordinary outdoor experience with my family at a great value. You can spend your time relaxing with the soothing sounds of the river. Visited in September 2023■Access: You can use the navigation system, but please be aware that there are road closures that are not listed on Gmap. Also, as other people have said, there are some places where the road is narrow.■Cottage: Simple! Facilities are minimal. There are bath towels and towels, but no toothbrushes. It's well managed.■Environment: There is a river nearby and the murmuring sounds are nice! You can have a BBQ in front of the cottage!■Garbage: Although it is carefully separated, it can be collected for free.■Others: Is the check-in time of 16:00 a bit strict?

Second visit. This time I took a car in preparation for the rain. I was getting more and more tired after unveiling the one-pole tent for the first time (*´∀`)♪ When I added the honbisu shellfish to the seafood curry, the juice turned out to be seawater! For tide curry! Perfect flavor (≧mouth≦)ノ. Montbell members receive points. It also comes with a discount coupon for Mito Onsen. How cheap! You can make online reservations! It was delivered from Petit Hikyo (*´∀`)♪

Used 2023.05.27-28Due to road closures, it can only be accessed from the Yasushi Memorial Hall entrance.Overall reasonable. A friendly manager will welcome you.I can't use docomo, so there is free Wi-Fi, but I can't connect to anything other than the bungalow area.The group in the bungalow across the river from the campsite was making noise until late, but the people at the campsite had good manners, although I think the noise of the river drowned them out.There is a repeat

This was the first time for my family to use it during Golden Week.I'm a beginner at camping, but I decided to use a mountain hut.The log house was very nice and didn't feel old. Also, there was a lot of work done including mowing the surrounding grass, and it was very beautiful.At the reception, you will be greeted by a very friendly manager.This time I used the BBQ plan, and they do everything from starting the fire to cleaning. It's really helpful. It may be a bad idea for people who like camping, but I think it's the best way to enjoy the outdoors easily.I also did some fishing, and although I can see the fish, they don't bite the bait. Is it because the time of day is bad or the fish themselves don't like the food?The mountain hut is fully equipped with gas equipment, including a gas heater, gas rice cooker, and gas stove. There is also a refrigerator, so you can enjoy the outdoors very easily.I don't know about the bonfire, as it was not possible due to strong winds, but there is a space in front of the mountain hut, so it seems like it would be a pleasant experience.It was the perfect place for me, a lazy person. I will use it again!
