New-Otani Inn

I stayed in Iwami for four days and three nights, and stayed at Mengqing Bed and Breakfast Nirvana Otani.Booked the Samehara Dormitory 1 month in advance (⚠️Reservations can only be made by phone, and room types cannot be selected on other platforms)🚌Tottori Station is directly accessible by bus 32 or 33, which is very convenientI arrived about an hour before check-in time. No one was there, but the door was unlocked. I simply left my luggage, wrote a note, and went out for a walk.When I returned around 5 o'clock, my uncle was at home. He introduced me to the room and facilities, and told me that there would be no dinner that day [crying R] It was my birthday, so I told the uncle that I would like to eat something if it was convenient, so I had fried rice. +Fantastic combination of cakesDuring the meal, he even played Free for me, which made me so happy. He also gave me a few postcards co-signed by Iwami, which he returned as gifts and placed them in Samehara dormitory. The uncle said that everyone would be happy.Because I was the only one staying in those days, I could say I was super free, so I even went in to visit Makoto and Haruka's rooms.Iwami is too cold in winter, with strong winds and snow, and there is no heating at home. The air conditioner + kotatsu saved my life (it’s so cool to blow on the kotatsu)The Samehara dormitory is really cool. You can sleep next to Zong Rin on the upper bunk, and you can lean on Zong Rin while getting under the futon. It’s a shame to belong to Zong Rin sister.🍽️As for eating, why didn’t I go out to eat? Firstly, there are not many restaurants open outside, and secondly, my uncle feeds me too much every day, and I will never have leftovers. After eating at 8am in the morning, it will not be until 5pm Then I'm hungry. I'll have dinner again when I go back.For breakfast, I made the same toast as Free’s pizza with cheese and pineapple. I had mackerel every day. Sure enough, Haruka’s salt-grilled mackerel was the best. I had sashimi/shrimp for dinner every day, which was very rich.My uncle knew that I love natto, so he served it at every meal. The fried chicken I didn’t like was replaced with chicken skewers, which was very considerate. I brought him sand pudding on the day I went to the sand dunes, and he was also very happy.The uncle is a very nice person. Although his Japanese is not very good, he still chats with me every day and can communicate smoothly. One morning, he even drove me to a scenic spot and prepared a raincoat for me in case I had to ride a bicycle. Very nice peopleThe accommodation conditions are not very good, but it feels like home, very free and comfortableWe agreed to go there again and stay at his house!

I visited you after Golden Week in H23.I was the only one staying overnight on a motorcycle trip around Japan, but I was warmly welcomed by the owner who heated up his signature golden bath (golden and home-painted?).It was a relaxing inn with an atmosphere similar to Takashi Sasano, and the owner's personality was friendly.I had planned to stay without meals, but I was grateful that breakfast was served.

May I know how to boom the room?When the Free! Campaign will last until?Do you have an email or official website?

I made a reservation because I was attracted by the low cost of accommodation, but I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast service. They told me I could take it easy after breakfast, so I was able to get some sleep and leave at my leisure.There weren't many other customers, so I was able to have a relaxing time.I think it's a great place to stay when traveling alone.
