A wonderful campsite immersed in nature. It's cool even in summer, making it one of the most pleasant places to stay in Kansai. There is Mononoke Forest nearby, where you can enjoy a fantastical light to medium hike. The lots are spacious and many are separated by steps or trees, giving a sense of privacy. I think the facility is also beautiful. The road is quite narrow as it passes through the ski resort and into the forest, but there is a shelter and it is easy to get around. recommendation.

I went there a few times on my bike before the coronavirus outbreak, but back then it was before the camping boom, so it was empty, but this time it was right in the middle of Obon, so it was fairly crowded, but there was only one site. It's quite spacious so I had a relaxing time.Even in the middle of summer, the temperature is around 30 degrees Celsius, and at night it's around 20 degrees Celsius, so it's a bit chilly to wear just a T-shirt.I think a site in the shade of a tree will feel cooler even during the day.Although it takes about two and a half hours from central Osaka, I think it is a campsite where you can spend a relaxing time and enjoy nature.

Used as a family's first summer camp.It was very cool and comfortable during the day. Around July, it was the time when you could see fireflies, so they held firefly tours and the kids had fun. There is also a public bath within a 5-minute drive, so I think this is a campsite that is easy for families to come to.

It was a campsite that had a different atmosphere than the campgrounds I usually go to. There are almost no outside lights.There were only 3 groups using it, so it was very quiet. I was able to photograph the Milky Way when the clouds cleared for a moment. The toilets and kitchen were clean, and I was able to use hot water, which was helpful. This is a campsite that I would like to visit again.
