I would've loved to give more 🌟 because the staff was lovely.My issue was the bed that was pretty hard and noisy if you move around, also the lack of elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage upstairs and how noisy out of the room can be.We loved the location though!

The location was awesome, in the centre of chiang mai. The host was super nice, he helped us a lot and let us leave our luggage in the reception before check in. The room was very clean and quiet. Nice to sleep in and spacious. Everithing was great

One of the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Chiang Mai. Perfect location with close proximity to Chiang Mai airport (10min car ride), right in the middle of the Sunday night market, also a short walk to street food at Chiang Mai gate. The owner and staff here are really friendly and kind, this place makes you feel like a home away from home :)

I gave the rooms 5 stars because we only enjoyed food and drinks in the restaurant / tearoom and I did not want the score to be lower as a result. Service is very good, they are very friendly. Ate fruit that tasted delicious and banana smoothie and watermelon juice were really delicious.

Everything you need in Chiang Mai at an affordable price (it's best to book directly through their website). Comfortable beds, clean, bathroom with a separate shower area (rare in budget accommodation in Thailand), very friendly staff, two restaurants downstairs where you can get a 10% discount by showing your room key, very central location. Some rooms do not have a window (they are a bit cheaper) - make sure you book properly if this bothers you. There is also no elevator, so if you need it due to your disability, you will unfortunately have to look elsewhere. The windows are double, soundproofed enough to allow you to sleep well even during the Sunday market/walking street, which takes place on the street where the hotel is located (so if you plan to arrive on Sunday, the car or tuktuk will unfortunately not reach the door and you have to walk several dozen meters - during the week the street is normally open and you can get to the door)

A group of us stayed in the suite and it was lovely to have adjoining rooms and a shared space to hang out, but still have the privacy of separate rooms. Great location right in the heart of Old Town. Reception was very helpful with storing our luggage and letting us check in early.

The owners really need to throw some investment into this place. Wonderful location especially for the big Sunday night market, our corner room was dated, the mattress very old as next to no support in it. The power had gone out on the street meaning most of the rooms had lost power especially to the AC, the manager has gone home and the chap left there did his best to tell us what was going on. We sat in the restaurant underneath the hotel but we were not offered a drink or food or anything at all. This was 11pm. There were no other rooms available to move into either. We eventually got back into the room around 1am the AC came on for around 15 minutes then went off again. Couple we travelled with next door their AC unit was leaking with water.we left the next morning to get a new hotel. Disappointed as this has a real prime location, but rooms are tired, the shower was poor, AC didn't work. just needs some money spent on it before people stop going.

Nicely located centre of old city as walking distance to nearby attractions. The room is spacious for solo traveller like me and the bed is comfy. The downside is the water pressure is quite low and there's no elevator as it quite difficult for family with stroller and big luggages. Overall it's a great hotel.

Location - the best if you want to enjoy Sunday Walking Street night market from the centre.Be aware that this is walk-up hotel, no lift, therefore may not suitable for those with big suitcases / elderly with mobility difficulties.Overall, recommended hotel.

Comfortable rooms at a great deal in the heart of the Old City! We were very happy to find a hotel with enough beds in one room for us. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The manager (owner?) is also often around and very helpful and friendly. There is tons to do within walking distance, including one of the most beautiful temples right next door, a fantastic street market on Sundays, and plenty of great restaurants and stores. This is truly a gem!

I stayed in Chiang Mai for one night in the second half of March. The location is very good as you can walk to temples and go to cafes and restaurants. And I was able to stay at a reasonable price.My mother kindly learned about various things from the hotel owner, including the flowers that were blooming nearby. thank you very much.
