The view of Lake Shinji is amazing. You can also enjoy the hot springs in the hotel.

The front desk staff was kind and pleasant, and the room was clean, but there were a few small things that were disappointing.Perhaps because of the stylish design, there was no towel rack in the sink, and the bowl was small and difficult to use.The tissue box was designed with a lot of emphasis on design, and the weight of the lid lifted up a bit, making it difficult to use, and there was no remote control for the air conditioner or lighting. It was also disappointing that there was no Febreze in the room.If possible, I would like to prioritize ease of use over design. The room did not have a good view from the window.

This was my first time staying here. One night stay, breakfast only, 12,100 yen per person (parking included). It's near Lake Shinji and the view was pretty good.I was satisfied with the facilities.I was able to watch Abema and YouTube on TV, so I didn't have any complaints about TV even when I was staying in a rural area. The room was large and had a large bath, and I liked that the bath in the room was large and separate from the toilet.I'm thinking of staying there again if I go to Matsue.

This is my second time using it. Breakfast was just as delicious as before and I ended up eating way too much. I was told that the exterior walls were under construction, but it didn't bother me at all. However, I think it can't be helped due to recent circumstances, but it is a shame that the parking lot has become chargeable. However, I would like to use it again when I come to Matsue.

I went there by car, and the person in charge of the parking lot was very kind, so I started off in a great mood.Next, when I checked in, I was a little slow because I wasn't used to it, but the front desk staff who helped me was very kind and I was happy.I was hoping to see the sunset over Lake Shinji from the public bath, but I was disappointed because there were blinds for privacy and the windows were foggy with steam. Next time I would like to go outside and watch the sunset.I think the location is great as it's close to Matsue Castle and on the shores of Lake Shinji. The room was adjacent to an apartment building, so I couldn't open the curtains, so I don't think it would be a problem if you just want to sleep. There is a convenience store on the first floor, which I think is convenient, but the store staff was not very friendly. The room was clean, but I was a little worried about the air conditioner vents, so I didn't use them. However, I liked the good location, the parking lot, the service of the front staff, and the hot spring in the public bath, so I would like to use it again. It was a very nice trip.thank you very much.

I stayed at a affiliated hotel and only used the hot springs. You can use it by paying a bathing tax of 150 yen at the front desk, and the process was smooth. I used the hot spring around 3:30 pm, and it was private so I was able to relax very much. It was great to be able to stretch my legs and relax. You can rent towels, and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, so you can use it empty-handed without any problems. Also, the security guard will guide you in the parking lot, so you can park your car with peace of mind. It was a very satisfying hot spring experience.

[Location]For those who want to enjoy Shinjiko Onsen and the restaurants in Higashihonmachi, Matsue.Although it is far from the station, Shinjiko Onsen Station is within walking distance.I'm also happy that Meat Shop Kitagaki is nearby!【room】The room was upgraded and was clean and comfortable. There is only a shower room, but you will be using the large public bath, so there is no problem.[Landscape]If it's an annex, you won't be able to see much of the important lake because it's the main building.[Large bath]There is only one indoor bath, so there is not much of a hot spring feeling.[Staff]Everyone is nice and kind.【breakfast】I'm glad that Kiji milk was available! Izumo soba is disappointing because of the soft and fluffy noodles.More of a business hotel with a hot spring than a hot spring inn

I stayed in the annexI decided to stay here because of the large parking lot and reasonable price.Overall it was clean and comfortable. Not only is the parking lot large, but there is space for over 40 cars next to the hotel, so I think you can park comfortably (even after 8pm on a Friday, there was plenty of space). For breakfast, you can enjoy Shimane's specialties such as Izumo soba, clam soup, salt-grilled nodoguro, and honey. The bath was a hot spring with a great view of Lake Shinji and the Ohashi Bridge, and it was in a great location. There was also a convenience store attached to the main building, and although it was mostly self-service, there were plenty of amenities.I would like to give it a perfect score, but there was one thing that gave me 2 points: customer service. The directions to the parking lot were sloppy, the reception was clogged even though the tables were open, perhaps due to poor know-how in providing food guidance, and after a misunderstanding, the tableware was taken down, and they made excuses instead of apologies. There were a lot of ordinary employees, so I'd like to think it was just a coincidence, but I felt that it would be a good idea to review the manuals and training. However, there seems to be a reason that it was being renovated and was not the original dining venue.I had some questions about the customer service, but I can definitely recommend the facilities and location. When staying in Matsue again, I would like to check the availability of this hotel.
