For the first time staying here.Book a room with AC facilities. The AC works well, and feels cold. Standard room facilities include a mattress + a table and chairs. 1 large room can accommodate 4-6 people. But yesterday we reserved 2 AC rooms.In front of the room there is a terrace for us to sit and relax.Suggestion: for guests who will stay overnight, perhaps camphor can be installed in the bathroom area by the villa guard, OK?Very champion view. At night we can see the lights of the boats going out to fish. There are no large corals for the beach in the accommodation area. Suitable for children to play in the sand & swim.A perfect sunset viewing spot.Yesterday until 12.00, the water was calm with no waves, in the afternoon it receded so we could go down to the beach and enjoy the sunset.But unfortunately, when the tide was high in the morning, the intention was to swim, but it didn't happen because the waves were quite strong, hitting the rock edge of the inn.You can also order food here, so don't worry if you're hungry, hehe.Yesterday I ordered flour squid, sweet and sour squid and grilled fish. The flour squid is really delicious 👍🏻 dipped in spicy chili sauce. For rice, you can also order packages of liwetan or regular rice.Suggestion: for fish seasoning, maybe you can spread it a bit more when grilling it so that it penetrates better 😍Next time I will come back here 😍

Alhamdulillaah, I got a clean and bright room. My room only uses a fan, the door is opened so it's cool. The rooms are also quite spacious. I rented 1 room, filled with 5 adults and 2 children. There is no additional charge.The mattress is no longer comfortable, the springs are no longer strong. The suggestion here is to just make a carpet or a Palembang mattress.The bathroom water is fresh water, not brackish, so soapy shampoo and toothpaste foam 👍 which definitely means a fresh shower.The location of the accommodation is directly on the beach, there is a place to hang out facing the beach. When it's high tide, the waves hit the walls below the inn.The condition of the beach at low tide is very calm, there are no waves because it is blocked by coral rocks. Suitable for children to play in the water at low tide, so they don't get rolled by the waves.On the coral plains there is a lot of marine life, I found lots of starfish and sea worms. Small fish and shrimp are also available but not often found.Near the rounded coral rocks, there are lots of marine biota such as coral fish, which are present at high tide.Fishing here mostly gets puffer fish 🤣 puffer fish can't be eaten, they are poisonous and can kill you.The inn also provides various types of food. When I was here, I ordered a portion of fried egg fried rice for 15 thousand, the portion made me full. Also given hot tea to drink.While here I broke a glass, when I heard the news the inn said it was okay. Sorry and thank you very much 🙏Fan room price 250 thousand, AC 300 thousand.June 22-23, 2024Want to come here again with my extended family 👍 affordable prices, extraordinary location.I'm from Bogor, leaving at 10 pm arriving at the UG beach area at half past 4 in the morning. But first travel to another place, while looking for a suitable accommodation, affordable price, good location and comfortable. Just checked in around Isha, after visiting the turtle hatchery on Pangumbahan beach.

I contacted the owner's number on Google, I had made the payment in full for booking the room, but I was still asked for another deposit. I finally canceled and asked for a refund, but was directed to scan QRIS which informed me that I had to re-enter the number I wanted to refund and enter my PIN. But the qris had to debit the balance and I refused, because it would be the same as me paying it back. I asked for a refund to my account but it hasn't been processed or received any further answers

I don't really recommend it.Because- asbestos roof, it gets hot during the day- There are no mats inside and outside, and there are no mops. If it can be provided, yes, it can be close to the beach directly, there's no way it's clean anywhere else- the fan is very dirty and hasn't been cleaned- slippery floor, don't mop with soap- the bathroom was very dirty, slippery, and there were cockroaches- lots of fliesPlus, it's only close to the beach, so you leave the room and the sea. Hopefully it can be better.That's all.

I've stayed here 4 times in different rooms but the AC is hot and not cold, instead it has a fan, and the most important thing is to be careful with valuables (cellphones, etc.) because it seems like the Mafia/thieves are monitoring it there. Stay careful, bro.

In my opinion, this is the most worth it homestay, in terms of price in 2023 I got it for 250 thousand with an AC room, clean bathroom... Wash it first before we enter the room (request), the most important thing if you want to play You don't need to bother going to the beach because the location is really on the beach... So just go down... Take a shower straight to the homestay... This is a photo of the homestay actually on the beach.

This is actually a really suitable place for those looking for accommodation at the end of the roof tiles. The location is really next to the beach, the facilities are quite good, the place is shady, the food is really delicious and the prices are very affordable. Especially the fish soup and seafood fried rice, champion!!The beach next to the accommodation is very comfortable for children and adults to play. The waves are not big so it is very suitable for playing on the coral at low tide, swimming at high tide. You won't regret staying here again

the price is affordable, the owner is very friendly.The accommodation is next to the beach, so if you want to play in the sand, just go downstairs. happened to get the corner room. the room is also very spacious. I went there during the rainy season, the room flooded because of the heavy rain + very strong sea breeze (suffered from the room in the corner). Then at that time I was locked in the room because the key was broken, but luckily the staff handled it straight away. Oh yes, food is also provided here, the prices are relative and the taste is delicious."The room next to the motorbike gang is like that, very noisy. rented one room but used it for hanging out, there were more than 20 people. They made a tent in front of my room and as a result I couldn't get in and out freely. Parked the motorbike at will, played loud music, so it disturbed the other rooms.For innkeepers, maybe they should pay more attention to things like that. Thank You.Next time we go to the tip of the roof tiles again, we will definitely stay here again
