This inn is highly recommended for cyclists and motorcycle tourers. There is no train access and it is a completely hidden gem, but the facilities, service, and atmosphere are a perfect 5 star. The cycle rack comes with a roof.True to the rumors, Kana-chan's personality and eagerness to provide hospitality to travelers was replicated on my trip. But I want to treat you with respect.Cyclists in particular should consider cycling in the Nanbu-cho area. There are cycle racks all over the city, and there are many famous and unknown ones here and there. ``Hononoka'' on the dam lake offers great food and a great view. Hoshoji Onsen is a clear, ``slightly slimy'' hot spring that will gently soothe stiff muscles from climbing a mountain pass. A must-visit gelato shop is a 10-minute bike ride from the hotel. Gelato that sells like hotcakes keeps changing. What I would like to especially mention is the low season for fireflies, which is from late May to mid-June. They can also be found in the rice fields about two minutes from the inn, but even if they are not released into the town, they can be found in large numbers all over the place. I want people to access it by bicycle and be impressed by seeing it with their own eyes without taking pictures. If there is one drawback of the inn, it is that it is a country house and uses many glass windows, so the insulation is not very effective. The bedroom had almost no windows and had an air conditioner, which was great, but there were some small insects flying around in the common room-like space, and the air conditioner didn't work very well. If you're looking for that kind of comfort, we recommend a concrete business hotel near Yonago Station. If you come to the San'in area, the urban areas of Yonago and Matsue are great, but it's also nice to go outside for a night and enjoy the nostalgic scenery.

It is a place where various people from the area gather. If you stay overnight, you will have the opportunity to talk with local people, so I think you will naturally become friends with them.If you want to relax by yourself, you should definitely avoid it.I stayed there about a year ago, and I remember seeing the local people and children chatting and thinking it was a great place.I was looking back at the photos and felt so nostalgic that I decided to post them.I would like to stay there again soon.

Stayed here while cycling around Japan. The owner, Kanako, was very serious about what to do with the bike. The common space also serves as a community space for the town, and a photographer exhibits themed photos of frogs, making it more than just a guest house! There is also an old folk house cafe, where you can have meals prepared for you.Ground coffee, breakfast bread and yogurt are free.It was a wonderful space.Recommended for solo bicycle travelers.

Despite the hectic check-in, the owner was very calm and kind! ! I was planning to head to Izumo Taisha, so I was told that there was a shrine connected to Izumo near my accommodation, so I stopped by the next morning (^^) and was also told about the mythology in detail! The bakery you recommended was also very delicious! !The view of the garden from the living room, the stars at night, and the surrounding environment of the inn were wonderful, and I wanted to take more time to visit next time! The inn had a warm atmosphere, with heaters, breakfast, and drinks being taken care of.Thank you for the wonderful time and memories 😊

The owner, Kanako, is a kind and cheerful person who made my stay a really enjoyable stay. We also hold English classes, so on weekdays it's a bright space filled with the cheerful voices of children (^^)This is an old private house that has been completely renovated, creating a comfortable space that retains the good old days while incorporating modern new culture. The inn has undergone quite elaborate renovations, so everything is new, so even those who are not used to guesthouses can easily stay here ^ ^The dormitory beds are also made of solid wood, creating a relaxing space. The name “Tree Secret Base” is also great. I would also like to take a detour when I go to Oki Island, or when I come to Yonago or Shimane. If you are staying at an inn near this area, this is your choice!

I felt like I was living there. The room and common spaces were clean and comfortable. In the morning, the warm sun shines on the porch. We recommend drinking a warm drink and spending time on the veranda.I return to Yonago regularly to visit graves, but until now I have stayed at a business hotel near the station or at Kaike. From now on, we will be staying permanently!

[Inns where you should definitely stay if you come to Tottori]I stayed in a dormitory for just one night. The moment you enter, you'll be like, Wow✨ lolIts large and beautiful garden, traditional Japanese house, and beautifully renovated interior...The woman at the check-in reception desk was very nice and talked to me about a lot of things, such as nearby tourist spots, famous places, and things to see that are unique to this season. He talked to me about a lot of things, so I ended up asking him a lot of questions, and the conversation got so lively that I couldn't finish checking in.Also, when you check in, you get a tourist map of the neighborhood, and the map itself has a design that can be used as a book cover❗️The map is also hand-drawn, which makes it very cute. There is also a parking lot where you can park your car. I think it can park about 10 cars.If you are coming by bus, please be careful as the number of buses is quite low. I also came by the bus that left at 4pm in the evening, but it's no exaggeration to say that if I missed that bus, it would be like there was no bus running that day.Even though the transportation is not convenient, I think Tottori is a good place. After staying here and sightseeing around part of Tottori, I realized that Satoyama is really nice.I’m sure you’ll understand when you come lol✨And if you come to Tottori, I recommend this place✨
