It was my first time staying at an inn on this side of the hotel, other than the Daisenji Temple or Masumizu side. It was a relaxing inn where you were left alone in a good way, and people took care of your errands. The public bath uses tap water, but the quality of the water is soft and I guess it's mountain water. It was comfortable and didn't have a chlorine odor. In the evening, if you make a reservation, we will open a small bar for you. It was super comfortable. I have decided to stay in Oyama, which I visit occasionally (lol).

It's okay because the building is old. However, as I was walking down the stairs to go to the bathroom, I could smell a mixture of mold and moisture, which was very painful. Is the meal local chicken? There were many undercooked parts, and the soup had a watery smell. How can I do that? It was strange. There were some creepy paintings that didn't match the room, which was scary. However, the staff are very kind.

The food is delicious, but I love miso soup in the morning. So delicious! After using the campsite, you can stay overnight at the inn, so you can easily camp and BBQ.

It's the perfect location to see the Milky Way in summer. Personally, I recommend Genghis Khan. If you want to have another drink after your meal, you can order from the bar space next to the dining room and drink outside.Usage scene: Staying with friendsRoom: The only inconvenience is that there is no refrigerator (one of the reasons why the room is rated 3 stars). There is no kettle etc. in the room, but there is a shared tea making space near the elevator. In the winter, it is used by skiers and snowboarders, and in the summer, it is used for marathon training camps for students. This facility is also used by many families.

The north wall of Mt. Daisen was right in front of us. I chose this hotel to see the meteor shower, so I had to have a toilet in the room, no curfew, and be able to see the stars near the hotel.I can't deny that the facilities are old, but I think it's a matter of compromise depending on the purpose of your trip. The lack of a refrigerator in the room was resolved by bringing a cooler box.We were asked to do various things, such as borrowing a microwave and an umbrella, staying overnight without meals, and staying overnight with breakfast included. It was a wonderful inn with warm hospitality from all the staff and a great location. Thank you for your help.

As others have written, the building is old. There are parts that are deteriorating in various places.Service is provided by a minimum number of people, but they are thorough, polite, and have a good impression.I used it during mid-summer, and there seemed to be a lot of people climbing mountains, so they helped me switch from breakfast to morning lunch for early morning departures, and prepared lunch for me, so I didn't have to pay too much for the old equipment. However, it seems that they are trying to cover it with services, and I feel that this is a good thing. The food was also carefully prepared and delicious. It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room if possible, but it would be difficult to invest in it.
