I visited Midnight Bullet at Tottori Sand Dunes. The voice of the woman at the front desk is so low ✩It's also sad that even though I became a member, I still had to pay for my meals.I stayed one more night just to try it out.

Last Sunday, I made a reservation and stayed in a room with a karaoke facility, but due to a mechanical problem, it broke down, and the poor response ruined the mood, kept the price the same, and caused me emotional distress. It's normal to have to prepare a replacement machine.

I wanted to make a complaint directly on the official website, or call the head office if it was mentioned, but for some reason I can't email the official, and I don't know the number for the head office, so I'll write here.I stayed here late at night today. To put it bluntly, the front desk staff's response was extremely poor and extremely unpleasant. At the time of my stay, I politely asked if I could use the Happy Hotel coupon and if the price was paid in advance. Is that so? One word. After that, when I called the front desk again,Gacha cut off twice even though the call rang several times. The person at the front desk finally answered the phone and asked me how to sign up for a membership card and if I could order breakfast. Even when I heard that, I was always in a bad mood.It was so unpleasant, why did you treat him so badly? If you ask meWas it bad? replied grumpily. When I asked her name, she said it was Mita. After saying that, the call was hung up with a bang.On my trip to Tottori, which I was looking forward to, why did I have to be treated so unpleasantly when I just asked a normal question? He was extremely quarrelsome and it was really, really unpleasant. Is Haru licking work? I was so irritated that I couldn't sleep.I don't know what it is that you don't like, but it's really the worst customer service. If you can't do your job with some compassion, I think you should quit. I feel sick. Also, although the musty smell due to its age is unavoidable,There are no deodorant beads in the room, the air conditioner is covered in dust, the floor is so filthy that there's no sign of it having been cleaned, and there's hair everywhere in the bathroom.Honestly, it was very unpleasant in terms of hygiene and cleanliness.I don't think customers are gods, but I think it would be a good idea to educate them again because it's so cruel.I have already informed the front desk staff directly about the poor response, but could you please let me know again?I came to the store thinking that Fine Group Yashiki would be okay, but I will never go there again.I don't want to give even 1 star. It was really bad.

I had the luxury of staying alone! I didn't know how to use a love hotel, so even though I had already made a reservation, I ended up going through the same procedures as if I were a regular customer. It seems to be customary to call the front desk using the telephone provided at the entrance of your car.

I chose it because it had good reviews. There was a thin layer of dust everywhere. There was a cigarette butt on the pillow.I get the impression that only the tables and other visible parts are wiped clean. It was so noticeable that I wiped it off myself. The drain is clogged and making noise.I won't stay there again.

I used it on a long trip. The prices were reasonable and the food was very delicious. The phone calls were also polite. I asked the front desk staff one thing, and they kindly accepted it, which was really helpful. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

I went to the site after making a reservation online.I didn't meet the staff and the hotel looked old.The interior and facilities were very complete and easy to use.I would like to use it again the next time I go to Tottori.
