A true gem in the north of Bali! This privately run, small resort offers beautiful, clean and perfectly maintained facilities. The staff is incredibly friendly and warm, making you feel welcome from the first moment. If you are looking for peace and a personal atmosphere, this is the right place for you. Such an amazing stay at Cili Emas!! The location is unbelievable, with front beach and sofas to relax. Restaurant’s food is delicious, and the whole staff is so nice and there to help you with anything you need. Can’t wait to come back!

We arrived directly to the hotel to ask for their direct price which ended was higher than online plateforms. We asked for a similar price but it was just a way higher. We have been asked to book online then but they deliberately cancelled all the rooms available for direct booking while we were doing it. It was a pitiful situation and ridiculous commercial approach. We were even willing to pay a little bit higher than the last lowest price found on internet but they were just arguing for nothing. We left them with their empty rooms and no business done.Between trashes on each sides and nothing around we found better at 5mn drive.They need to work on their business plan and stop play with tourists, it’s a bad publicity.As a hotel owner I would never accept my employees to work this way.

I had a wonderful stay at Cili Emas. All of the staff were incredible, very attentive and helpful. The sunrise over the oceanfront is amazing, and this small town is far from the touristy areas of Bali. It is in the far north, which means transportation is a challenge, don't expect Gojek or Grab to work up here, the staff can arrange transportation for you.Massages at the resort are excellent, the best I've had in Bali! Lovely newly built yoga studio too, though they didn't have staff to teach a class while I was there.The only complaints I'd really have were the ants in my room, but the hotel provides mosquito spray which sort of helped. And the walls are a bit thin, easy to hear the ocean, frogs, and neighbors.Overall, excellent experience!

Everything was perfect. It is a beautiful place, right by the sea, in a very quiet area, away from the big tourist crowds. The staff are incredibly friendly, thank you very much to everyone!! The food is a dream, you could look forward to it every day (and it's very digestible). And the massages were great too. The days there were very relaxing. You would like to stay much longer!

The place was amazing and so were the staff. I got sick and had to have an operation and the staff went above and beyond with helping us with the hospital and everything 5/5!When I got back they had flower and a card for me.It was also our friends birthday and they decorated the villa and baked a cake and everything.Great place!

The hotel is a little secluded right by the sea and in the north, where it is not at all touristy. So it's very quiet and you can switch off from the noisy Ubud etc. The staff is really great! Extremely friendly, always there when you need help. They even remember your name and then call you by your name. I've never experienced it either :-D. The laundry is returned the same day, the room is made when you come back from breakfast, everything is very clean, dinner is always freshly cooked (there is 1 menu every evening and if you don't want this, you can order à la carte ). The resort itself is also very nicely decorated, lots of great details, lots of beautiful plants and the pool was also very nice. I can also recommend the spa. At dinner you can always sit at the large dining table and this gives you the opportunity to talk to other hotel guests and get to know new people. The only thing that's a bit annoying is the roosters at 5 a.m. that always wake you up. But the hotel can't do anything about it. Otherwise really great!! I can only recommend!

Great stay at Cili Emas. Very friendly and attentive staff, everything is planned including during excursions. Quiet and peaceful place, small structure, perfect for resting and discovering the north of the island.SPA tested and approved, very pleasant swimming pool. The rooms are clean and the terrace of the bungalow is very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Little corner of paradise, the services are excellent and the staff are attentive and adorable, we had a great time. Great team spirit, the atmosphere is joyful and everyone is delighted to share a moment. The hotel is simply magnificent, we eat very well and the massages are great!

We spent two nights in the beautiful resort and really enjoyed it. There are many thoughtful details and beautiful things to discover in the garden. You can tell that every little thing is taken care of here. Every day there was fresh water, flowers and decorations everywhere. The breakfast was very rich and tasty, everything was totally clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We talked to the German owner of the resort for a while, he places great emphasis on sustainability and cares about his employees and the area around Tejakula. It was great to meet such a committed person. We can absolutely recommend the resort and would love to come back!

Beautiful hotel by the sea. However for people who don't have problems with insects because it is surrounded by vegetation and therefore it can happen. My room had an outdoor bathroom and showering under the banana trees was amazing.Breakfast and dinner with little choice but fantastic chef.Also had massages...wonderful!
