The room is leaking, the kitchen sink is leaking, the AC is not cold, the service is indifferent to asking questions, it's hard to ask for help, it's hard to borrow a broom... all the way there, disappointed. They were given a new map and said don't go through the road on the map. Bro, I'm disappointed that going to the accommodation with the intention of going on holiday is difficult. The place is comfortable, safe and service is served 24 hours by the villa ๐๐๐๐ thank you for your service Mr Solehudin๐๐. Our group was all happy with 154 participants feeling satisfied. Meals, snacks, etc. are also provided because we took the package. Next time we will book the package again

During our stay at the Ciletuh Geopark Villa, we felt very satisfied and safe because they were served 1x24 hours from the first time we arrived until we left. So whatever we needed was always made available and delivered to tourist destinations.
