We visited right after the lunch break, so around 17:00. Unfortunately we got the special set. The flying fish was extremely dry and did not taste great. The rest of the stuff was ok but nothing great. For what it was we paid too much. Sashimi was ok but nothing great. And the gyoza in pancake were just old and gimmicky.

Family run izakaya. Go for the flying fish, stay for the Kirin beer. Plenty of other items.

A local izakaya! We also run guest houses!Miso soup is delicious!Visit us at 5:30pm on weekdays in July 2024! Parking available! Cash only! The inside of the store feels like a sushi restaurant and is very clean! There are a variety of seats including counter, tatami room, and private rooms, so it's quite spacious! This time, since I don't have neck mackerel, I ordered a variety of things, including deep-fried arab turnips! It was my first time to eat Arakabu, but the taste was very bland! It's normal lol The miso soup was delicious!Thank you for the meal!

It's a family-style izakaya with very affordable prices and generous portions. An order of four food items and two alcoholic drinks for two people only costs 4,000 yen.The food is average, the fried oysters and grilled squid are both delicious. The skewers were okay. The fried flying fish just didn't taste right, but it was crispy and a bit salty, so it went well with beer.Even if you don't speak Japanese, you can order food smoothly.

A busy family run local Japanese restaurant. We are sitting in the bar top area, looking at the old chef cutting the sashimi. He should reach for his retirement life, appreciate his passion in work. Customers are suggested to write their order themselves, sure they help us to place the order. The Tempura set, come with the miso soup full of mushroom and tofu; the bamboo shoots 竹筍side dish is a bit surprise. The Yakitori skewers are tender and tasty. English menu is available.
