Enjoy plenty of hot spring waterIt was a very satisfying stay. The cleaning is also thorough. Also, the facilities in the room were new and very clean. When I open the windowThere is a beautiful river flowing through it and it is very atmospheric.I thought it would be even better if it was during the autumn leaves season. All the meals are very delicious. Each item was carefully crafted and tasteful.A relaxing trip for a couple after a long timeI had a great time.thank you very much.

I was lucky to have a discount because this onsen collaborates with the camping place nextby. So I couldn't see rooms or rate the service, only visited an onsen. It was very beautiful and clean. Apparently the highest alkaline level within all Japan! Extremely rare quality of water.4 stars only because I usually love super hot water onsens (38-42 degrees) this onsen was surprisingly just warm. (But this is just a personal preference)

I recently stayed at this traditional ryokan while visiting my father, and I had a phenomenal experience!!Firstly, my father found this location because he was looking for a hot springs that I (a decently tattooed foreign visitor) could still enjoy. We stayed in a room that had its own personal bath to avoid any potential issues, but the setup was fantastic! The bath area is located to the rear of the rooms right outside so you have a beautiful view of the river and woods. It is also possible to reserve the main bath so that for a period time the whole bath is only for you and your family/friends. The ambience is very traditional and peaceful and I would thoroughly recommend this to anybody visiting.Secondly, I have a wheat allergy/gluten free diet. Japanese’s cuisine is usually not the most accommodating for gluten free due to the use of say sauce in almost everything. The chefs and servers here were so helpful that I could barely believe that everything they made for me was gluten free. Every dish they served, they were able to make accommodations except for maybe two small sides. One of the dishes was a tempura platter of seasonal Ayu sweet fish and vegetables, and they made my portion in a separate fryer tatsuta/karaage style with potato starch. It was so good!!! Speaking of the seasonal Ayu, the Atsugi region is famous for their Ayu during summer months, and they incorporated the fish into most of the dishes. I was told that during the winter they specialize in boar, and I would love to have tried that as well. Every dish that was served was described in detail about what it is and how you can maximize the flavor. The service, I cannot emphasize this enough, was absolutely impressive. Finally, if I could rate this higher than 5, I would. I have posted some pictures, because I am not eloquent enough to truly portray how much I loved it here and even then it does not do it justice.

They were very detailed and flexible in accommodating my flour allergy, and it actually felt more luxurious than the regular menu. The customer service was also very pleasant, and I was able to have a delicious and enjoyable dinner. Even though we had an unusual request to only have dinner with my uncle and his son who was staying at the hotel, we added a one-day hot spring dinner plan. Thanks to your help, I was able to relax in the large open-air bath while listening to the murmuring of the river. This is a wonderful inn that will satisfy your mind and body.

A hot spring inn located in Okuzashiki Iiyama Onsen in Atsugi. Most rooms are separated. Each room has a large solid pillar, giving you the feel of a luxurious, old-fashioned hot spring inn.In winter, it is cold to move between separate rooms.

Arrive in 1 hour by car from TokyoAlthough it was before 3pm, I was shown to my room. You can bathe 24 hours a day in rooms with open-air baths. The barrel-shaped bathtub is for one person.I also took a private bath. The windows are high up and there is no view.It says that the public bath is open until 11pm.Although there wasMy companion was taking a bath after 10pm.Looks like the lights were turned offThe men's and women's baths are switched in the morning. You can only enter until 9am in the morning.I have to go in before breakfast. There will be no time to enterThe meals are plentiful for both breakfast and dinner.I was very satisfied.Good hot springs and easy access from TokyoShould I make it a regular lodging?

I stayed at GW.The location was quite good and the hot springs were of very good quality. However, the changing room in the raccoon bath was disgusting because there were so many feathered ants, and at dinner time, the service was slow and the waiting time was long, which made me very dissatisfied.I don't think I will stay there again.I think this is an accommodation that does not match the price.I think it's a good place, and the average price for accommodation is around 13,000 to 17,000 yen.

I stayed here for one night for a business party. This is an old but quaint and quiet hot spring inn near Tokyo. Please note that the baths are open until 11pm.The rooms are old, but the toilets and other facilities are new and clean.Breakfast was very delicious. It was my first time eating open sweetfish. My favorite type of breakfast includes a lot of rice.I recommend it.
