I was disappointed that I didn't know that the open-air bath and the large public bath were separate. As others have written, I was surprised to find that the outdoor bath had a strong smell of chlorine. The food was generally delicious, but the appetizer and sea urchin soy milk chawan mushi were not delicious.Honestly, I feel a little disappointed that I paid 30,000 yen for it. I had looked at the website beforehand, but I thought it would be nice to have more details.

My room was upgraded! My family and I were happy to be able to use a very large room. Also, the sea view from the room was great! The hot springs were lukewarm and perfect for those who wanted to soak in them for a long time! Although you can't see the ocean, it was nice to take a bath while listening to the sound of the waves! I've stayed at Kaike Onsen many times, and I think I've found a hot spring that has a strong salt effect. There were various services such as welcome drinks and games, and the children were happy. The food is good, especially the sashimi, which is fresh and plump🐟️My husband ordered two additional servings of sashimi in advance as a surprise. I was surprised that they brought me such a luxurious platter even though it was for 2 people! It became a memory. Also, a few things caught my attention. When I was asked about my height to fit a yukata, I answered 160cm, but they told me the wrong size. When I told him that the Chukkaman ran out of oil and wouldn't stick no matter how many times I put it on, he said, ``They have a firm setting for children.'' When I ask for drinks, they don't understand the first time, the amount of rice I order isn't what I ordered, or I get oolong tea when I say I want a cola... Breakfast was explained to me in front of the chair I was sitting in, so I had to stand and listen to it instead of sitting alone. The hot springs, service, and food were all good, so I felt it was a shame to be a little disappointed in the customer service.

The staff is very welcoming and welcoming, and the room is a corner room on the 8th floor with a great view. The beef and sashimi for the meal were very delicious. Starry sky dance. Nice name, but unfortunate. There was no flavor at all. It was very nice that the hot water was switched between men and women. The open-air bath smelled like disinfectant, and the shop sells cosmetics and other items lined up on the sink.It has a great appeal and feels like a cheap hotel. There was no loud chatting between the employees at the front desk. I would like them to change the toilet paper to something more sturdy. It was so stressful to have it torn apart! I might have been satisfied if I had stayed on a cheaper plan. sorry.

The response from all employees was wonderful. Even though I made a mistake when making the reservation and selected the wrong gender input.I was surprised at how responsive they were, saying, ``There was a lack of confirmation on our part.'' They didn't say it was a mistake when we made the reservation. Both dinner and breakfast food were very delicious. The room has a bath and a great view. It's a nice hotel with good value for money.I would like to stay here again when I go to Tottori.

It was used by a family of five. I had information on the internet about ``tatami mats and a bath with a view in the room,'' but all the employees were incredibly kind (especially the people at the dining venue, who had small children and were noisy, but they were also very nice to the children. (They treated me very kindly) After taking a bath, they served drinks including beer, and the open-air bath was clean and the water temperature was just right. What's more, it was summer vacation, and we were surprised to see fireworks going off from the beach in front of the inn (it took just over 3 minutes, but they continued to go up and were beautiful). It looked beautiful from the room. Previously, I was able to watch fireworks from my window in Ishikawa Prefecture, and I was able to spend some quality time with my family while talking about how much fun we had at that time. There was a free rental of Famicom (in the room), and it was a game I used to play when I was a child, so I was able to show the kids how nice it is (lol) It's a historical inn that was built many years ago, but it has been cultivated over many years. I thoroughly enjoyed the service. The food was delicious and fun.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, but I couldn't enter it because it was visible from the outside. The room had not been properly cleaned, with hair falling and fingerprints left on the window glass. Most of the staff were kind, but the elderly waitress was overbearing. All the dishes were very tasty and good.
