An inn affiliated with ADDress, a residential subscription service. Thanks to the partnership with a local housing equipment company, I am impressed by the company's efforts to adapt to the upsurge of the town and the times to come. There is no problem if you buy food at a nearby supermarket or convenience store. There is a communal refrigerator, IH cooking utensils, kettle, microwave, pan, pot, oil, salt, sugar, etc., so you can cook simple meals yourself. You can also use the washing machine for 200 yen. There is a donation piggy bank, so don't forget your change. When I stayed in August 2022, a room without meals was 3,500 yen for 2 people without amenities. I was able to enjoy a leisurely conversation with the landlady, who said that she had more free time now that she no longer had to prepare meals. I was looking forward to a short stay at Shinanoji when I became an address member in the future.

Conveniently located 1 minute walk from the station. It seems that the inn does not serve meals, but you can eat sandwiches and stylish pasta at "Sand Glass" on the first floor. If you let us know in advance, they may even prepare breakfast for you.It has good access to Mt. Kurohime, Myoko Kogen, Togakushi, etc. The owner seems to also have a farm, so if you are interested, I think it would be a good idea to talk to him. The room was well-cleaned and I felt comfortable. There are convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance, and it's nice to have a shared refrigerator, microwave, and small plates and tableware available.

I think it's relatively cheap, so the cost performance is good. There are also cheap set meal restaurants nearby. It's a rural area, so it's not bad if you're traveling without looking for tourist spots. The building is very clean as it is both my home and an inn. Meals are also available. Furthermore, there was an air conditioner, so I don't think it would be a problem even in the summer. In addition, there is a fireplace, so it's cool.
