Use by private car. Free parking is available on the hotel premises. It's a small hotel, so there's not much walking distance.The building is old and some of the equipment is outdated, but it didn't feel unclean. In addition, the equipment is relatively well stocked, so it's probably a sightseeing trip. It seems that the twin room was converted into a business single room, and the room is spacious and comfortable. There is a toilet seat and the bathroom is separate.Although it is far from Tsukuba Station, there are restaurants within walking distance. Although the hotel does not provide meals, it is not a problem to find breakfast or dinner.I can't say that the service is perfect, and I won't say that there aren't any issues, but in Tsukuba, where prices are soaring, they are trying their best to keep the prices low, so I'd like to keep them warm.

It's old and I can't say it's clean, but I'm satisfied with this location and price.The refrigerator was small and didn't have a freezer compartment.The manager seemed quiet and kind.

The lobby is dirty and the rooms are old, but the amenities are good. I think it's a good value for money as it's a spacious room with a separate washlet in the bath and toilet.

Last minute reservation for Mt. Tsukuba climbing.The building is old, but the interior is clean (personal opinion). It has all the novelties and is fine as a business hotel.There doesn't seem to be someone at the front desk all the time, probably because it's run by an individual, but I was able to check out early in the morning.
