I am a repeat customer, but this time I was very disappointed, so this is a harsh review. As other people have said, the staff at the restaurant were of a low standard, which ruined our stay.○Ignoring requests for foodDespite requesting that the children's meals avoid spicy foods at the time of reservation, they used wasabi and ginger.Either the request has not been passed on to the receptionist, or it has been ignored, but in addition to this incident, there have been many complaints about the cafeteria staff, so I expect it to be the latter.○Feeling unnecessarily rushed to finish the meal quicklyThe general rule for course meals is that after you eat one dish, the next one is served, but several dishes were brought out at once. There's no point in having a course meal. After they brought it all at once, I was persistently asked if I wanted to bring more rice and soup. Why are you rushing to eat so much?It was low season and there weren't many customers, so the staff just wanted to go home early, right? I guess and get irritated. As the dishes were brought out one after another, I was full quickly and unnecessarily.I would have been satisfied if I had been able to eat slowly, but I felt like I was in a hurry and couldn't eat at all, and ended up feeling hungry by the end of the night.○Unclean. Cleaning is not done properly. There was an old sheet on the table in the dining room, but when I looked closely, I noticed that it was covered with food spills.Since it is fibrous, dirt is difficult to remove, so why not replace it?○The staff's attitude is just not effective. As mentioned above, the desk in the dining room was dirty, so I asked if there was a table wiper, and she said, ``It's over there,'' and directed me to a table wiper on the serving table (lol)I was disappointed that I couldn't react at all to the abnormality of a customer who was about to eat a meal and asked me to wipe the table. In the end, I took the wipe and cleaned the desk myself. However, I didn't feel well, so I decided to use a different desk, but after that, another customer was using that desk, so it turned out to be a good thing.○ Touch and return food that has fallen apart during serving. An elderly woman was serving the food with obvious inexperience, and I was getting irritated by her inexperience, but then she managed to straighten out the broken food with her bare hands...I'm stunned and speechless.○The quality of food has decreasedIt's a subjective impression, but I was more satisfied with the food last year. The sashimi for dinner tasted fishy and didn't whet my appetite. It's a shame that the breakfast has changed to look like a business hotel.I was very disappointed in the way the cafeteria staff worked, as everything except the cafeteria was kept well-cleaned and the reception staff were pleasant.

The Pacific Ocean is right in front of your room! It's a wonderful viewThe room itself feels old, but it was well-cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. The bath is not too hot, so you can soak in it slowly. The meal was very delicious with local seafood.

I went with my family in March. There is a narrow road on the way to the hotel, but if you use the navigation system, I don't think it will be a problem. The building feels old.The food had a lot of variety and was more delicious than I expected.I think it's a seafood course based on the region, but my daughter doesn't like seafood, so when I make a reservation, can I request a meat course if I can't do it? When I asked about it, they kindly agreed. Beef steak is very delicious! I was happy. I would like to use you again.

Breakfast at a beautiful venue was delicious!I regret that I should have stayed in the renovated room. It's a bit old, but it feels clean ◎I just heard that a customer with a reservation was inquiring at the front desk about a typhoon forecast for a few days later. I have to pay a cancellation fee. . What a conscientious hotel. I will use it again ♡

Customer serviceEven when I told them what I wanted to do during the meal, they didn't take immediate action (at the buffet, there were a lot of things missing, and even when I told them, the staff was busy wiping the table...I waited and asked if they would bring it to the table after that, but they forgot. )roomAs soon as I entered the room, the smell of dust was so strong that the kids were sneezing all the time (I saw other family members with runny noses during breakfast), and when I looked at the air conditioner filter, it was covered in dust. It's a nice view, but it's ruined.mealFish and meat related items received 100 points. However, the beer was lukewarm and I was very disappointed.comprehensiveThe reception staff were very nice, but I felt that the hall staff were not well-trained, and I felt a difference between them and the reception staff, so it was difficult to talk to them.I was happy that they had family-friendly services such as diaper bins, but I don't think I'll come back again.
