For better or for worse, it's better to think that you'll just be provided with a room. The landlady is probably not a bad person, but she gives the impression of being generous at best, and arbitrary at worst. In the first place, he disappeared somewhere except for the time of check-in. If you have anything you want to ask, it seems better to ask when you enter the room.Although there is a bath, it seems to be the bare minimum. There are day-trip hot springs nearby, such as Shiosai no Yu and Yukkura Kenkokan, so it might be better to use them. The building is old and the sound is clear. It feels like you can tell if someone just leaves the room, so it's probably not suitable for people who care about that kind of thing. Although the shared restrooms were clean, they were unisex, and I thought many women might not like them. Also, there was no yukata, and bath towels cost 100 yen. This means that it is better to bring your own clothing and towels. It seemed like a good location because it was close to Marine Tower and Oarai SEASIDE STATION, and it was within walking distance from the station.By the way, there is a Garupan stamp and a memo pad where you can stamp it at the reception desk. However, the overall level of gurupan is low.I had written a lot about it, but it seemed reasonable to be able to sleep on a sturdy futon for 4,300 yen for a room without meals.

A ryokan reminiscent of Showa era inns that specialize in overnight stays❗️There are hot spring health centers, shopping supermarkets, malls, and even the Chikko quay nearby, making it perfect for a morning walk❗️

I used it to stay as a single man. The building and equipment are old. The room is clean, the futons are clean, and the room is spacious with tatami mats. The location is near the former Oarai Resort Outlet, so you can hear the noise of cars even at night. A short walk from a large supermarket/drug store (liquor store). The hostess is nice and refreshing. A toothbrush is provided and a bottle of Pet Bolt water is provided. I think it's good for people who are self-contained. 4,000 yen per night without meals is a big help.

The hostess' customer service is very poor. While I was using the bathroom, the landlady suddenly knocked on the door and said, ``The next person can't come in, so could you please leave now?''I couldn't believe my ears when I heard those words.Because I've only been using the bathroom for about 15 minutes. In the first place, I don't even know that the next customer is about to enter (it's only about 4:30 pm), and if you're going to rush it that much, I'd like you to tell me first that you can only use it for ◯◯ minutes (it's still too short).I was irritated because I was forced to take a bath when I should have been able to relax. Moreover, when I got out of the bath, the landlady made a sarcastic comment, saying, ``If you want to gargle, there's a washroom on the second floor.''No, no, you didn't even explain it to me in the first place, so how could I know!Even though I was thinking about accommodations and gargling as a preventive measure against the coronavirus, it's still really bad.The landlady doesn't care about her customers at all, she treats them roughly. In the first place, I didn't feel any gratitude from the landlady for letting me stay, and her expressions were always blunt.I think this is how I continue to work in the customer service industry, but instead of making the customers feel good, it actually makes them feel bad. This is because the landlady's narrow and strict rules are imposed on her without permission. The one memory I was looking forward to is now ruined. After that, I started avoiding the landlady because I was nervous that she might start nagging me again.Additionally, the walls of the building were very thin and I could hear people talking from the room directly across the room, making it really noisy. All sounds are straight through. It's an old building, so the ground rumbling in the hallways was so bad that I couldn't feel safe in my room.At this rate, even 4000 yen per night is expensive. This is the first time I've felt like canceling a reservation within 30 minutes of arriving at a hotel.I will never go there again.

I used it for businessThere is no refrigerator in the room, but there is a simple cooler box, and you can rent ice packs, but there is also a communal refrigerator in the kitchen, so this is not a problem. All rooms are non-smoking, so there is no cigarette smell, and there is a smoking area outside. There's also a Family Mart and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, so there's no problem here either.

I stayed here several times while surfing in Ibaraki. If you go before check-in, you will get complained.Since I don't have any food to eat, I usually buy something at the supermarket or go to eat Chinese food, which is a 5-minute walk away. There are no outside showers, but there is running water and a place to wash your clothes and dry them, which is helpful.
