I almost became a refugee because I couldn't reserve a hotel near Mito Station, but I was able to stay there safely.I regret that I forgot to get a drink bar. I'll drink it next time. The woman at the reception was polite and nice.

My sister and I stayed here just because we thought it's a great Deal (only 20 euros per night) well knowing it's a love hotel. We didn't expect much and also heard that you need to call the Reception if you want to leave your room but we wanted to give it a try anyway. And wow! We both have stayed in many places in Japan before but we've never seen a bigger room and never a cheaper price for what you get. It was almost like an apartment size just for ourselves! We didn't get a very modern room but it still exceeded our expectations. Probably a great secret. Just keep in mind it's still a love hotel so the accessories and decoration in the hotel in general are addressed for this.

I'm going to pay at the front desk on the way home, so I call the front desk and ask them to release the auto-lock, but I keep calling them and they can't get through.I looked up the hotel's phone number and called it from my smartphone, but it wouldn't answer at all, so I had to call from both sides. I called for almost 30 minutes and was irritated so I told the staff, but they told me they were cleaning.I used it again about a month later, but the same situation occurred and I didn't want to use it again.

I am a foreign man.The following sentences were translated using Google Translate. For the first time in my life, I used a service called a love hotel. I can only read a little Japanese, but that's okay. Traveling is convenient. It's near the bus stop and the staff spoke to us politely. The rooms are tidy and clean. Facilities are convenient. The funny thing was I couldn't leave the room. Because there's still time left. So I called the front desk and paid the bill. I will be using this again.

The room was spacious and comfortable. However, I was surprised that the bathtub was so shallow. The amenities are solid, so the only disappointing thing is the bathtub 💦

I use it regularly.Chromecast can be used in all rooms, and it is possible to use the outside room, although there are some conditions. The location is good, and you can see the lively cityscape from the windows (though not all rooms). The staff is so kind, and overall, I can't give it 5 stars.I forget the time and have a relaxing time each time.Although there are some parts that are old and damaged, it is a good facility that more than makes up for it.If I had one request, it would be, "If possible, I would like to be able to make reservations for things other than accommodation."

The location is a little far from Mito station, but the lady working there was like a god.

Thank you for your continued support, and I applied for the Valentine's Day & White Day plan, which is currently on sale. Breakfast and midnight snack are included, but there is no information on the menu and I don't know the time of night snack. Sometimes when I call, they seem to be busy, so I emailed them, but they didn't reply. I had no choice but to stop applying for the plan. I don't want my lunch and dinner to overlap. At least the dinner menu should be listed somewhere. Also, they often give out 500 yen discount coupons, but they can't be used with online coupons, so it's a waste of money. In that case, I would like something else rather than a coupon.Currently, hotel reservations can be made from outside, but the rates on the official website are cheaper if you use a coupon, and you can check out for an hour longer. Also, if you make a reservation from outside, you can only choose breakfast from 500 yen. Even though it is a convenient reservation plan that allows you to make reservations from outside, it is strange that regular telephone reservations are cheaper.

I stayed in room 203 for one night from June 11, 2022. I booked a plan for check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.The woman at the front desk at check-in had good customer service. However, the woman at the front desk at night was the worst.I won't share his name here, but his name seems to be Mr. O.I ordered a cosplay sailor suit (long sleeve), but was informed that it was out of stock.First of all, I felt uncomfortable with the way the words were used and the way they were conveyed.I asked to see what was left, but he made the excuse that he was the only one there, and said he could take whatever he wanted. When I asked again to see what was left, I was told that they thought they had maid uniforms, so I decided to have them delivered.I don't think it matters to the customers that there is only one woman. The person who delivered it was a man, so it's clear that he wasn't the only employee.Lastly, I received a phone call regarding payment for my cosplay, but the first thing I heard was, ``How do you like the maid costume?'' I felt like I was being made fun of, which made me uncomfortable.I feel that the fact that the customer kept saying ``I don't know anything'' is a type of customer service that leaves customers feeling distrustful.I went so far as to make a reservation thinking I would have a good time, but I don't know if I will use it again next time. This is just one employee's opinion.
