I think being away from other hotels and close to the ropeway is an advantage that other Mt. Tsukuba hotels don't have, but they have cut down on staff too much. There was only one person who could do the checkout work, and there were several groups waiting, but they didn't have to wait in line or remember the order, so they could just walk in as they wanted. It doesn't give a good impression that there are staff members who often go to the smoking room shared with customers, even during breaks.

``Tenku no Yu'' is available for day-trip bathing. You can use it until 16:00, but reception is until 15:30. You can reach Tsutsujigaoka bus stop in 2-3 minutes.

I used it as a day trip bath with the ropeway. It was off-season on a weekday, so the bath was reserved for private use, which was nice, but everything else was the worst. Please don't call it a hotel.First of all, when we arrived, I heard that the owner of the hotel? I ended up asking for a ``bath'' without saying anything. The entrance to the bathroom had not been cleaned and was not dirty. There are no lockers in the changing room, and you can put your valuables in a safe in front of the changing room, but if it's crowded, you might not be able to use it because there aren't that many. The water machine is also broken and we can't get any water, so it's a mess. When I returned, there were no employees at the front desk, and I never received a thank you note.As I was going down to the Tsukubayama parking lot, I met the first employee I met, but he didn't say hello, so to be honest, I wondered who he was.I will never go there again. The scenery is nothing special. There are many places in Japan that are more magnificent and beautiful than this one.Is this a typical tourist destination that is lowering the attractiveness ranking of Ibaraki Prefecture? is.
