Used for day trip bathing.Does Tsukuba Onsen Hotel really use natural hot spring water? This is a level where I suspect it is a false statement. The quality of the spring water is so high that you wouldn't believe it was a hot spring.Isn't it a cycle?

I thought it was a hot spring inn from the Showa era, but I was surprised at how stylish the hot springs were! It was a nice hot spring

My girlfriend said, ``I want to go on a hot spring trip to Mt. Tsukuba❣️'' so I made a plan. I was filled with gratitude for the warm welcome from the staff❣️I was looking forward to the hot springs, but I felt a little disappointed that there was no private bath available. Still, the public bath was spacious, and there was also an open-air bath where you could relax and enjoy the scenery, and the beautiful mountain scenery was soothing. For dinner, there was a wide variety of dishes made with plenty of fresh local ingredients, and the presentation was good! All of the dishes were delicious, and I enjoyed eating with her while having a conversation with a smile on my face. The room was a large Japanese-style room, and from the window I could see the beautiful mountains with a hint of autumn leaves and the Kanto Plain stretching far into the distance. This was the first time I went on a hot spring trip with my girlfriend, and I felt like I had overcome another challenge. As I slept with her on the warm, fluffy futon holding hands, her warmth permeated my entire body over time, and I was truly happy to be able to pour so much love into her. I have fond memories of deepening my bond with her. I would like to thank the staff and this inn for providing such a happy time and place❣️If we can be together again, I would like to come again.

I stopped by to use the hot springs. I've lived in Ibaraki Prefecture for over 40 years, and Mt. Tsukuba has been my playground since I was young, and it's fun to discover things the more you explore. It was a shame that I couldn't take a bath in the open-air bath due to the weather, but the slightly cold and clear water warms you up when you soak in it, and when you dry off after the bath, your skin feels smooth. Even if I didn't know it, I still felt that it was a high-quality hot spring. The washing and changing areas were also very clean, and I thought it was a hotel with a long history of operation.Speaking of luxuries, it would be nice if there was somewhere other than the lobby where you could take a break. You can rent a room for an hour for a fee. It's a Japanese-style room with only air conditioning and no TV required. I'm satisfied just being able to lie down on the tatami.I would like to use it next time in the cold season.

I used it for an overnight stay.If you stay overnight without meals and use public transportation, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, and the only shops at the inn are cup noodles and dried squid (although there are vending machines). It would be better to go somewhere with a full stomach or buy a lot of things and hold a party in your room. For those driving at night, you may feel anxious driving along the narrow roads where there are no street lights. There are no street lights around the inn. I got off the bus at the entrance of Mt. Tsukuba Shrine and thought I could walk to the inn since it's only 2km away, but Google directions said it was a dangerous route to walk on the road! And when I turned into a side street, it was so well maintained that it looked like Totoro would appear. When you're half-crying down a steep downhill hill, wondering if you're going the wrong way, it's like an inn suddenly appears. The next day we climbed the hill, but it was quite hard. The important thing is that the inn was kept well-maintained and I felt comfortable using it. It felt like it was hard to get there, so please keep that in mind when considering it. There is nothing wrong with the hotel. There is a soba restaurant within walking distance, but personally...

[Good] Beautiful hot spring with a view of the mountain village and rice fields from the room and a garden where the faucet does not turn off automatically!Breakfast is not a buffet, and the facilities are old and dark, but the cleaning is good.【It was bad】There was no welcome snack, the building was dark, the rooms were somehow dark, and the front desk staff was gone by 9 o'clock.Stayed for 4,500 yen per person, 13,500 yen for 3 people, including breakfast.

Day trip hot spring, 1,100 yen on weekdays, 1,300 yen on weekends and holidays, from 1:00 p.m. The men's baths are simple, with an indoor bath, an open-air bath, and an open-air bath with 1 pot bath, 7 washing areas, a sink and 3 hair dryers, so it's a bit pricey, but the day-use bath ``Ichibo'' at the popular Mt. Tsukuba Onsen hotel gets pretty crowded, so... If you want to enter an empty hot spring, go here. The facility is clean, but you can't eat there, and the only place you can rest after taking a bath is a chair in the lobby. The road beyond the overlooking parking lot to this hotel is narrow, so be careful.
