Is there anyone in charge? They planned a party at night with loud music, parked their car at the RV park next door, and made a lot of noise. That's impossible.

This is my second time using it. I had a wonderful time with my family. The staff were very kind and the facility was clean and I felt very relaxed.This time, I reserved two houses for my youngest child's birthday, and they prepared a surprise cake in a treasure box, and the children enjoyed both a strawberry whole cake and a chocolate whole cake. They were happy and it became a good memory. This time I couldn't get a buggy because it was fully booked, so I'd like to book early next time.Thank you for letting us spend a wonderful time with you.

Anyway, the staff's response is amazing!The explanations are thorough and everyone always greets customers with a smile.・The amount of food was quite large.・The overall size is compact and the pool is not very large.・Very beautiful and clean・If you pay for your stay in cash, you can enjoy unlimited drinks at dinner (alcohol included)

I used it on a weekday during summer vacation.I was worried because I had seen posts about the air conditioner not working, but when we checked in and entered the room, the air conditioner was working and it was cold. We were able to set the temperature in the main room, the room with the toilet and shower room, and we were able to stay comfortably.The nearby Ajigaura Beach was also beautiful.You can play in the sea and then walk to check in. The food was delicious and the pool was nice. I was soothed by the atmosphere that made me feel like I was in Hawaii.

① The air conditioner in the room does not work in midsummer.② They offer bottled beer that has expired by two months.③ I can't connect to the phone properly.④I told them by phone and email that they would like to add candles to the surprise cake, but none were included.① Immediately after arriving, I told them that the room was too hot and only warm air was coming out, but I had to turn it off and turn it on again.It was stuck at one point and I couldn't get it even if I moved the room, so I was unable to spend my time in the room properly. I managed to get through the day by repeatedly going outside and taking shelter in the bathroom.② After I had drunk most of the food with an expiry date in May, I noticed and told them about it, but the staff ignored it as if nothing had happened until I asked them, "Have you checked?" I was very surprised that there was no proper apology. . . . .I was made to drink Heineken that was two months past its expiration date and it made me sick to my stomach.③Anyway, I can't connect to the phone.It took me about 10 times to finally connect.④I made a reservation using the surprise plan, but when I confirm my reservation by email or phone, will the candle be included? I said many times that I would like to install it if it wasn't installed, but it actually wasn't installed. . .I was supposed to ask the man on the phone to give me 5 pieces, but what's going on? ?It was an important birthday trip for him, so I tried to hold back so as not to spoil the atmosphere, but I still can't forgive him. Honestly, I would like a refund.It was my first time staying at a hotel like this. I was very surprised and disappointed because it wasn't cheap.This is a place you should definitely not stay at.

First time glamping❣️It felt like a small Hawaiian resort. Work up a sweat in the sauna, then jump into the illuminated pool in front of you and feel refreshed ✨The volume of the meal is perfect ❣️Fashionable presentation.The location is also great for watching the sunrise! ️
