We stayed in 2 rooms with 5 adults and 1 baby. In conclusion, overall it was not good for the price. First of all, I wasn't sure myself, but since it was a pet-friendly inn, there was a faint scent of animals. Furthermore, the whole building was a smoking area, so I thought it was not a good environment for families with babies because of the smell of cigarettes. The room was spacious enough, but there was something like a red stain on the tatami mats, which bothered me. Not recommended for those who are nervous. There were also no tissues in the room, so when I looked for them, I found a small box of tissues in the sink. Next, the trash can was not in the room, but in the bathroom. Is it for babies and pets? I had a lot of negative impressions, but on the other hand, it was very helpful that the private family bath was open 24 hours a day without a reservation, and that baby supplies such as baby wipes, baby baths, and baby soap were available! ! It was really nice to be able to take a bath together as a parent and child for the first time since my child was born. It was a good memory. Finally, regarding the food, both dinner and breakfast were both delicious in quantity and delicious. They warmed up the baby food I had brought with me, prepared plates, chairs, and eating utensils, and were very responsive.

It was my third time using it. It should be a very conscientious accommodation for people with pets. …

I wanted to see the frost-covered trees in Zao, so I made a reservation six months in advance and stayed for several nights. This inn is located in the middle of Togatta Onsen, right in front of Kami no Yu.The room was a simple Japanese-style room that was a little dated, but it was very clean and the blankets were covered properly, making it very comfortable. There are chairs in the room, and meals in the Japanese-style room are served on chairs and tables, so I felt that they were taking into consideration people with mobility problems.I was able to change my food preferences over the course of two consecutive nights and enjoyed it.Dinner is hearty and will fill you up. There was a tasting set of local sake, and it was nice to be able to enjoy a variety of sake little by little. Coffee service is also available at breakfast.Considering the price of the room, I can see that they take great pride in their efforts, and we were very grateful for the comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again when I go to Togatta.

Is there anything that can be done about mold in the bathroom shower hose? I would like soap in the changing room and bathroom.

I stayed here 3 times in 2023. This is a dog-friendly accommodation. It was nice to be able to take a quiet bath in the hot springs.

My son turned six months old and we had a plan to stay with the baby, so we stayed here.It was very helpful to have baby soap, baby bath, and bath chair available. There was also a private bath, so I was able to take a relaxing bath with my family. The water was a little hot, but as soon as I added the water, it was hot enough to use.In addition, there was a rack for children at dinner and breakfast, so they could enjoy their meals. The food was also very delicious.I want to go again. thank you very much!
