It is in a good location, about a minute walk from Isohara Station. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The refrigerator was turned off, so when I entered the room I turned it on and it was cold after a while.Although the breakfast menu is small, there are several types of rice balls and sandwiches, as well as roast beef, fried eggs, and salad, so I think it's okay unless you're a picky eater.

The rooms themselves were fine, if a little small (though the bunk bed idea was smart), even if they sort of smelled like the plastic being produced in the area. However, the main reason we booked this hotel was the delicious looking breakfast featuring six types of freshly baked goods like croissants, pastries, and bread, as well as soup and other yummy items. This is advertised on the hotel's website, Instagram, and on Booking. However, when we sleepily made our way to breakfast at 7:45 (since breakfast is only until 8:30), baked goods and soup were nowhere to be seen. Instead, the buffet was reduced to sandwiches, with onigiri, salad, and some small side dishes. This was disappointing for me, since the pastry selection would have been much more vegetarian-friendly, and frankly I had been looking forward to the fresh croissants and pain au chocolat. Upon asking the hotel staff, they disclosed that the menu had been changed from, coincidentally, today (10/2). While I understand that menu changes happen all the time, and maybe the large selection of pastries isn't sustainable, I wish that it had been communicated more clearly in advance, seeing as every single Instagram post of theirs features said signature baked goods, and judging from other reviews they're a big reason why people book this hotel over others in the area. The change without proper notice left me very disappointed, and I won't return.

I don't have much to say about the service, but there was one thing that was really bad, so I'd like to write about it.Regarding the two male staff members who have been in charge of the night front desk since September 17th.For business reasons, I used the hotel with my underage sister. When my sister returned to the hotel around 7:30pm on September 18th, she was stopped by two male staff members. At that time, he quickly told me, ``Your companion left the house with the key in his hand, so he is not home at the moment.'' ``Please refrain from taking the key with him.'' Even though I haven't left my room all day.My sister panicked because she was suddenly accosted by a male staff member, and there was heavy rain and thunder that day, so she started crying when she came back to her room. It's gone. When I heard the story, it seems that a male staff member talked to me about something I didn't understand for about 5 to 10 minutes near the front desk. The contents are as follows・Your companion went out with the key in hand (during heavy rain)・Please refrain from taking your keys with you.↓My sister checks to see if I'm in the room.↓Reply that I'm here↓Meanwhile, the two male staff members are・If you can't get into your room, lend me a duplicate key.・Is one of them sleeping? say(At this point, the staff member stopped my sister to tell me that I had gone out, but I didn't understand why she asked if she was sleeping.)↓My sister noticed my reply and said it looks like I'm in the room.↓・As if they had realized that they had made a misunderstanding, they told their little sister that she had gone out alone (what kind of a staff member would that be?)・There was no apology for the misunderstanding, and I was told that I should call the front desk in case one of us went out to clean by mistake (my sister goes out in the morning, and the staff would probably be different in the morning). There must have been no rule. In the first place, you only clean the rooms where you have returned the keys, right?)Something happened that confused and worried my younger sister, who had to act alone in an unfamiliar place. And what does it mean to waste a customer's time due to a misunderstanding and then not apologize?I didn't look up the names of the staff members because I didn't want to see their faces, but honestly I wanted to complain directly. Two male staff suddenly spoke to a minor girl at night, talked to her incomprehensibly, confused her, and left her crying without returning her to her room. And no apology. If you make a mistake, it's a problem. What if my sister didn't contact me and went out looking for me in the heavy rain at night and got into an accident or got involved in an incident? What if the reason the two male staff approached my sister was because they wanted to talk to a young girl?So you don't think about the worst case scenario? There are surveillance cameras, so please be on the lookout. The other staff members responded politely, so I have no complaints. If you can identify the two male staff members involved, please ensure thorough employee training. You can think of me as a malicious complainer, but it is an undeniable fact that my sister and I were in trouble this time. I don't think I will use this hotel again in the future. I apologize for the long post.postscriptThe deputy manager went out of his way to apologize in person.I feel sorry for the other staff members, even though they didn't do anything wrong.I would like to thank you for your quick response, being able to quickly notice cases that would otherwise be difficult to deal with, and listen to my concerns.I think my sister will feel a little better after receiving an apology. We apologize for the inconvenience. thank you very much.

During the busy season of August, we were able to stay in a room for three people for 3,240 yen per night, including breakfast. The lounge was very stylish and had coffee, Calpis, orange juice, caramel pudding, chocolate, and cookies. This makes me very happy. It may be bad for your body, but it makes you happy. The room is about 12 square meters and has bunk beds. The ladder of the bunk bed is a staircase, which is easier to climb than a ladder. Breakfast is 2 types of bread, 2 types of rice balls, lettuce, instant miso soup, ham, and a questionable egg roll. I guess it's a little less. I would be satisfied with just a few more vegetables. It's cheap and has a washing machine and dryer. There is no public bath. The parking lot is a little far away. The hallway is hot.

I stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip. The neighbor's snoring was so loud every day that I couldn't stand it on the last day, so I asked the front desk to move me to a different room, and they kindly agreed. I was able to sleep well for the first time in 3 days. The interior of the hotel was very calming, and the air conditioner in the room was adjustable.Being able to use the washing machine for free (there is a charge for the dryer) was also helpful because of my job.Other reviews mentioned that the parking lot was a little far, but personally I found it tolerable.

The room is not cleaned. TV is out of order. Parking lot is far.I had high expectations due to its stylish appearance at first glance, but I was completely disappointed.I thought it would be convenient for business trips, but it made me think about future use.
