Very bad experience, I wanted to stay here, I made a booking, it was paid in full, I arrived in the middle of the night, I was answered curtly and it wasn't rented out, I asked if I had paid and it was confirmed, I was told to sleep on a board... that's hilarious... finally left, payment also couldn't be refunded

Dirty room, smelly, musty, lots of rat droppings, unfriendly service, the picture on the booking application does not match the reality of the room, I really regret staying here

For those looking after it, please, if you have friendly guests, take care of the hotel which automatically works with humans who want to rent rooms/places, not animals!!!I made a booking at Traveloka for 2 hours, it was successful, I arrived at the location at night because the bus was late, I wanted to check in, the person on duty said the room was full even though I had come all the way from outside the city, the person on duty had bad service, wasn't friendly at all, I was asked what the explanation was, I was told to ask for clarification from Traveloka, I asked for an explanation from the receptionist who takes care of the application at the hotel is Mr!!!!The suggestion is that if you can't use the application, it's better not to promote it online. This is the first time I ordered a hotel online until the location said the rooms were full and there was no data🙏

I am extremely worried about staying here. I had booked for three days, but I can only handle one night. The room has a bad smell and the bathroom is also unpleasant. The walls are thin and you can hear all the conversations from your neighbor's side. I strongly advise against booking here. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand since it was a last-minute decision.

One of the worst experiences of my entire life in a hotel.When my friend arrived, she was asked to pay directly for her five nights, even though she had a reservation. Booking can be canceled at any time.When we asked to cancel the rest of those nights, the receptionist yelled at her and told her she would have to manage and cancel the reservation on the app. He shouted at us.Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel the reservation on the app and the receptionist never offered to help us.We had to call Booking ourselves with our foreign number, and it cost us a lot of money.He didn't want to call Booking directly from reception.After two hours of discussions with Booking, we finally managed to change the number of nights in our reservation.But the receptionist there didn't want to give us our money back and we almost called the police.While we were just waiting for his cash refund, he tried to kick us out of his hotel.he pointed at my face, and with his hand he made the gun sign as if he wanted to shoot me.Customer service is non-existent.We really don't feel safe in this hotel because the receptionist is violent.When we left we said goodbye to him, he didn't even answer us and he ignored us.I strongly advise against staying in this hotel, not even mentioning the fact that it is impossible to sleep at night, because there is no soundproofing between the rooms.
