The room has independent hot spring facilities and a separate dining room. The location is a short distance from the city, but not too far away. Whether you are dining or staying in the room, you can overlook the beautiful sea view of Izu. This is definitely a very peaceful and suitable place to stay. A place to relax. Although there will be unavoidable small insects in the room, it is not harmful. The room is very clean and comfortable.Sincere thanks to the hostess for her service during our stay. We had a good rest and tasted many delicious and fresh dishes. The Flower Sea Moon was the most unforgettable and beautiful part of our trip to Japan. We want to go there again next time!

Incredibly peaceful ryokan run by the loveliest couple! We stayed here for 2 nights in the Sakura room, and i wish we could’ve stayed longer. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I’ve never felt so relaxed and at peace at an accommodation before. The ryokan is located at the top of a small hill, so driving is highly recommended. There’s no store nearby although the inn does have a vending machine with drinks. There are only 4 rooms, so the ryokan is not crowded at all and very quiet. The owners of the ryokan are very kind and friendly, and were very patient with us when we had to use google translate. They also gave us plenty of recommendations for things to do around Kawazu. The room itself is very spacious for 2 people, and the layout very well thought out. Everything looks very new and clean. You get an amazing view of the ocean from the terrace and onsen - and since you’re at the top of the hill, at certain angles it really feels like you’re in the clouds! Amenities are also all provided for, so you can really just come here with your day clothes. The pyjamas are so soft and comfortable I wish I could bring home a pair 😭Dinner and breakfast are served in a private room with an equally awesome view, although it varies depending on the dining room you get. Everything was fresh and sumptuous. You’re not allowed to bring your own alcohol, but their sakes are good and reasonably priced anyway. This was honestly one of the most relaxing stays I’ve ever had- nothing beats a private onsen bath while looking out at the sea, followed by a sumptuous dinner before another round of onsen. The only thing I disliked was that there were many insects; but frankly that’s of no fault to the inn and kind of expected because they’re located near so much nature. Just keep your windows closed and all is good. Maybe colder seasons would have lesser insects.I would love to stay here again many many times more!

It is located at the top of a steep slope. 4 groups per day. There is an outlet near the bed. A free-flowing bath. This is a highly recommended inn.

Each room has a hot spring bath, and considering that, I think the cost performance is quite high. In addition to the mineral water in the refrigerator, there are also instant coffee sticks and tea bags, so you can drink them freely using the electric kettle and cup that are always available. The food looked and tasted good, and I didn't feel it was lacking. The boiled Kinmedai and Funamori were very delicious. I ordered the spiny lobster sashimi as a special order, and it was also served as an ingredient for miso soup the next morning. It is a comfortable accommodation with good service. The stairs to the entrance and to the rooms may be a burden for those with poor leg health, so you may need to be careful about that.

The indoor bath in the room was great. The food was delicious (I probably ate too much lunch, so I couldn't finish dinner. Next time, I'd like to come with an empty stomach.)As soon as we arrived at the inn, we saw squirrels and heard birds chirping, making it a very comfortable stay.
