The room is clean and has a hot spring. And delicious food. It's an experience worth the price. The stone-grilled Kyoto beef is impressive.

I stayed in a villa, and there was an indoor open-air bath, and all rooms had an ocean view, so the atmosphere was outstanding. There was a full moon, so the view at night was even better. All the meals are delicious and the portions are plentiful.Personally, I think I would be happier if I could get quality over quantity.I want to go in winter next time.

This is the worst accommodation I've ever been to.Maybe it's the person in charge, but the response is the worst. When I asked a question about something different from what I had booked, he was very argumentative and used extremely harsh language, and in the end told me to go home. .This is the first time I've ever been to a hotel where I felt so bad from beginning to end. It's like I went there to feel bad and I want my time and money back.Especially since the accommodation was expensive.I thought from the bottom of my heart that if something like this happened, I should have gone to Tanpei.

I have stayed at many different accommodations, but this one is by far the worst.Naturally, I will never go there again. Please explain briefly.① The open-air bath in the room can be seen from the outside.↓②Request for response↓③Even after 3 hours, there was no response.↓④The next morning, the manager finally came, but instead of apologizing, he simply said, ``Anyone who complains about the hotel's policies is not a guest and should go home.''I couldn't close my mouth and went home without eating.

If you like staying in Japanese-style hot spring hotels and enjoying personal hot spring baths and Japanese seasonal delicacies, it is definitely worth visiting and staying overnight. Japanese-style tatami room with a view of the Sea of Japan outside the window. You can have a drink on the terrace of your room, or enjoy the beautiful scenery while soaking in the outdoor hot spring pool. I think the food for dinner and breakfast is definitely above the standard. Basically you can stay in the room and enjoy all the elements from check-in to check-out.The only thing I didn't like so much was the electric massage chair in the room. It felt out of place, but it was basically practical. It's a pity that the location makes the scenery extending to the Sea of Japan outside the window inconsistent, which is a fly in the ointment. The second is that the receptionist at the reception desk at the beginning was not Japanese. The entire service and the overall explanation and process of bringing into the room made people unable to feel the unique Japanese service spirit. Maybe I have such an arrangement because I am a foreigner. Overall, this is a resort hotel that I will choose again next time I have the opportunity. It is very suitable for travelers who want to find a place to spend the day quietly.
