The hotel is well located and has a good price. The attention from the reception is correct, without further ado, do not expect recommendations or fluency in English. The bedding had stains (maybe one of those that doesn't go away, but there they were), the room was quite small, the last day we were invaded by ants. If you are backpacking for a couple of nights, no problem, if you are looking for something more luxurious this is not the place.Of note, the bar/restaurant downstairs offers a good breakfast at a very good price, and the girl who runs it is charming, highly recommended.

Me and my boyfriend did not stay at the hotel but went for food. The service from the lovely lady was exceptional. She gave us free delicious appetisers and we loved the coconut jelly so much she gave us a bag to take home. They were amazing! It was refreshing to have such warm service and tasty original snacks :)

5/5 because of the sweet lady at the restaurant who gave us exceptional service and warm hospitality that we will always remember. We did not stay at the hotel but had dinner at the restaurant. The lady gave us a plate of bananas, passion fruit and her homemade coconut jellies as soon as we got seated. We loved the coconut jelly and she gave us more for free!We got Pad Thai and it was delicious and serving was generous. The mango sticky rice has the sweetest mangoes and just the right ratio of coconut milk and sticky rice. She was the only one working when we were there and we didnt mind the wait because we were gushing over the coconut jellies.

The room is not soundproof. At night, guests returning from traveling will hear a bit of cheering. But the condition is ok. Cheap price. If you come to stay and travel around, it's good. But if you're staying in a room to relax, I don't recommend it.

Excellent value for money with a central and quiet location.Special thanks to Miss Noi who runs the establishment's restaurant alone and to Miss Siriam who takes care of the management of the hotel with a smile and in complete discretion.I therefore recommend Northland house without hesitation.B

I was able to stay in a clean facility at an affordable price. I recommend it because the location is really good, it's quieter than Thapae Mun, and there are many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby.

A place where everything is forgiven for the price.Nonetheless, it was friendly, clean, and the location was great. There is a restaurant on the first floor, the grandmother is very friendly and it is cheap. There is almost no soundproofing.
