The Staff is sometimes very nicebut most of the time not helpfulLazy staff and lie in front of the owner that they did cleaning when they definitely didn't do. Worst Part is the owner believe them and accusing me for lying.The owner seems so nice and helpful as you meet her and talk with her, but this is all a lie and a façade.Once we sign the agreement, the owner went right back to the idea of "I have your money so then I don't care."1. Kitchen super dirty. And rats is running around damaging my stuff. Of course they wont pay the damage2. All the rain guards super dirty and disgusting seriously3. Rats infestation. Since the house isinside/outside this is just a problem. But to such a high level it should have been handled a bit by the landlord, but no. We were told "they're outside so it doesn't matter"But when they live and mate in your ceiling and wake up at night running around.... It's not nice.4. The pool was literally never in clean condition. Basically they didn't clean properly in any area until i need to hire my own helper5. The construction. So much construction now all around, which is everywhere. But the price she is asking for another years rent does not match the fact that the house is falling apart and that so much construction is around6. Was not built correctly, so moisture stays in the walls and all the paint falls off/crumbles away. A lot of the light bulb already spoiled and they ask us to deal with it and buy our own7. Aircons don't work. In 1 of the bedrooms the aircons barely function. And it was basically just a game of us having to pay to "service them" constantly, but it never fixing the problem because she refused to buy new aircons. So i complained every day then tell her i will buy my own aircon then she finally buy new one.The internet is so bad, and obviously she didnt fix it till 3rd monthSo i decided to use my own wifi.Cause so tiring to talk to herYou will get so much excuse that doesn't make any senseThe electricity is crazy. I think its because all of the super old and rusty aircon, water heater, and also the outside water is using our water pump which is unfair for us to pay for them.I spend 2 million every monthPlus she give us 1 million each monthSo total 3 mill a month for electricity. CRAZY(Normally in indo 500-1 mill is a lot already)In the end, the last 3 months, i just dont let the helper in, dont want to extend my stay. And just try to fix and clean the house. Even i catch the rats. Cause they never care.The owner is one of the worst person I ever known.Super annoying and fakeKeep trying to trick us and make so much excuse for the lack of quality in her villaGODD LUCK for her to trick some more other people.She is the worstAnd the villa is just soooo not worth the pricePlus the traffic here is just bad

She was helpful and actually fixed some things as there were problems, but once we signed the second year and it wasn't pandemic anymore, she went right back to the normal idea of "I have your money so then I don't care."1. Over the year the termite damage in the kitchen all but destroyed every lower cabinet. Was told would be fixed.... Obviously never happened.2. All the rain guards broke because of wind damage and no way to tie them down, never fixed never changed3. Rats infestation. Since the house is inside/outside this is just a problem. But to such a high level it should have been handled a bit by the landlord, but no. The front staff dad is supposed to clean it, we sent so many videos/pictures to the landlord showing I that he didn't know how. Never changed and just kept sending the same person without a clue.5. It was very comfortable to stay at Umawake Villa

The place is nice, beautiful, quiet. And the service is good.

Stayed here for nearly two weeks. Lovely place. Friendly staff (and owners) but overpriced.
