Unfortunately, it was raining that day, so we couldn't have a BBQ outside, but I was happy that the person in charge prepared a yakiniku plate for indoor use.In addition, I was at a loss because of incidents such as strong winds causing a picture in the entrance to fall over and a plate breaking, and the door closing so forcefully that the stopper came off, but when I explained the situation over the phone, they immediately rushed over and took care of the situation. I was able to feel at ease.We had a very fulfilling time. thank you very much.*The wooden deck had a roof, but the information was not included in the photos on the website, so I would like to see a correction.

We were able to have a very comfortable stay and were able to quickly resolve any issues we had.The room was clean and the Balmuda home appliances were very easy to use and I was able to brew and drink delicious coffee.The scenery was beautiful and we had a quiet and relaxing time.Unfortunately, the rock salt for cooking was so damp that it solidified at the outlet, making it completely unusable.I think it's almost perfect after that.

The cold bath from the sauna on the terrace was the best! It has a nice view and a feeling of openness! The room was stylish and well equipped! However, as soon as I entered the room, it smelled like sewage, and even though I opened the window to ventilate it, the whole room still smelled. It was especially strong in the toilet and washroom. If you could improve on that, I would like to repeat it again!

Great room, view, and location! In particular, the interior and facilities of the sauna and room were excellent.I was concerned that there was no hot water in the outdoor hot spring and that the sink was clogged, but overall it was a good stay, thank you very much.

The facility itself was very nice, but the room smelled a bit like garbage.I was curious. I ventilated the room, but it still smelled bad. Especially the toilet and sinkIt was smelly. I think it would be better if there was a diffuser or something to deal with the smell.It was a very nice inn, like a terrace house 💓

Good location. Excellent service and facilities. The only thing we didn’t like was a fairly strong odor coming from the toilet. We tried opening the windows, flushing, and running water down all the drains but we weren’t able to get rid of the sewer smell. Hopefully management will take care of this soon as everything else was perfect.
