Very unprofessional stuff and owner. I would not recommend it.I tried to ask the owner and how much he charges monthly and this is how he responded.Moreover he is having a problem with the other tenant as well, the tenant has been living here for the past 8 months but when he was late to pay his rent by two day and the called security and all to kick him out.

A clean and cute homestay, however soiled by the fact the owner is highly unprofessional.He is a person who makes the guests generally feel really uncomfortable and is only interested in talking when money is involved. We tried to have a few friends over for some beers and a game of cards but that was construed as a ‘party’ and then the following day tried to make a new rule where you pay for every guest who comes in (while shouting ‘NO PARTY’.I myself am not a party person and am sensitive to my impact on others. However, I would prefer a place where i can meet others and socialise without being made to feel like i am doing something wrong. If this is you I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I've been making it s point to move every month to sample different places in canggu. I dont know how it happened because I've been here almost 3 months and I dont remember making a concious decision to stay longer. I guess its so comfortable being here you dont even realize how comfortable it is.One thing .... the lady that cleans this place us super super!!!! This place is cleaned daily and its super clean. Even when some rude guest make a mess in the kitchen, its promptly cleaned up and there is no residue or grim from inattentive and lacked cleaning.
