I will never go there again.First of all, even though I had a lot of luggage in the parking lot, the employees didn't even try to help me with my luggage. OK. Just say that lolThey don't even take it with me when I'm shown to my room.I was surprised when I got to the room.The floor has dents in several places. A spider appears.There is a dead insect in the light bulb. Dust can be seen everywhere. There is no sense of cleanliness overall.It says there is a recommended accommodation for babies and various baby goods as gifts, but I haven't received anything. There is no hot water in the shower in the morning bath lolIt was terrible lolThe only thing that was good was the rice.It was delicious.Others are disappointing. I hope you grow.

Since I had a 4-year-old child with me, I made a reservation through Rakuten Travel, with no futon (sleeping) but meals provided.There was a problem with the boiler breaking down that day, but they dealt with it in good faith.The problem is food. Adult meals are brought out one after another, but children's meals are never served. Just white rice and furikake in a bowl. After waiting for a while, when some of the adult dishes were brought out, I asked, ``Um...have you eaten your child's meal yet?'' ? It freezes like that. When I showed him the "Children's Meal Included x 1" displayed on the reservation screen on my smartphone and said, "I'm making a reservation...", he said, "That's a way of writing that could be misunderstood as if there's a meal available." I'm not saying that it might be misunderstood, but I think that no matter how you look at it, there is food available. "I'll talk to the head chef," he said...a few minutes later, he said they couldn't serve the child's meal. It was a surprise. After that, I received a small macaroni gratin, but even if it was in a hurry, is this the only thing the kitchen can serve? One of the adult menus was stewed red sea bream, and when it was served, they said, ``It's very delicious when you pour the broth over white rice.'' For some reason, the children were told to eat it over white rice. I feel like I'm being hurt. I was looking forward to a trip to a destination, only to find a lone bowl of white rice in the child's dining area...I felt very lonely. In the morning, food was prepared for the children, and everyone enjoyed it.Mistakes are bound to happen, but I wanted them to do their best.By the way, the breakfast was a hearty Japanese meal, but the dessert after the meal was pancakes. Wouldn't yogurt, pudding, jelly, or fruit be better? I think so.*Maybe there is no ``children's meal menu.'' If your child is a picky eater, you may want to skip the meal and share the adult's food.

This was my first time using the hotel with my children, and the staff were very kind and made me feel comfortable.The food that night was very delicious. We are particular about local production for local consumption, and the golden sea bream in particular was the most delicious boiled fish I've ever eaten! I would love to stay again to eat this ^^I stayed in a Japanese-style room, and it was clean, spacious, and relaxing. I was happy that there were various amenities. The only thing I was disappointed with was the hot spring in the room. It can't be helped because it's a circulating system, but the smell of chlorine is very strong. It smelled like a swimming pool. To be honest, I didn't want to keep my child there for too long. Therefore, it is ⭐︎-1.I am very satisfied with everything except the hot spring in the room.
