I visited with my family, friends and family!There is only one road to get there, so it gets crowded in the morning.Go early...If you aim to arrive around 8:30, you will be able to get in easily.Parking fee: 1,500 yen, 300 yen per person.You can also throw away your trash and ashes before heading home.A toilet is also available.The road down to the riverbank is not paved.I have to be careful.

I used it to go see a waterfall. The cost was 2,400 yen for one regular passenger car and three people. The price is reasonable for people who want to BBQ, but it's expensive if your stay is short.

[As of March 1, 2022, beware of road closures! ]I was heading along Route 61 from Osaka city, but when I passed the Kansai Cycle Sports Center and continued with the river on my left, I saw that the road was closed near the rest house!I gave up on this day because it took 1.5 hours to take the detour from the road closure point...Plan with the assumption that there will be a detour.

Apparently it opens when the campsite in front is full. I can't stay overnight. The road is narrow and it is difficult to separate.

The deepest campsite in Takibata.Day camp only available.There is a road just before the campsite where you cannot pass each other, so you will have to compromise.There was a camper whose tarp string was getting in the way, and I thought it was insane.The river is clean and washing your hands is also clean.They will give you a garbage bag, so you can throw away the garbage you generate from meals and take it home.

The approach road from Takihata Dam is quite narrow, so be careful. Parking is 1,500 yen, admission is 300 yen per person, and if you want to put up a tarp, you will be charged 1,000 yen.

This campground is closed at the moment. I don't like camping on stones so I wouldn't camp here. For me it would be okay for a day-time BBQ but the road getting there is very narrow. There are much better locations around Kinogawa river.

Since the Kotaki-dera campsite was full, we were guided to the Arataki campsite.The road along the way is quite narrow and there are a lot of leisure cars passing by, even though you can't cross the road, so be careful.The campsite is well-maintained, the restrooms are clean, and I think it's perfect for family camping. However, the fee for using the campsite was rather high, and the parking fee, number of people, tarp, and tent were charged individually, so it was 4,900 yen for a family of three.On the day I used it, there were a lot of day campers, beginners, and student campers, and they were doing karaoke late at night, so it was quite noisy.

I visited from Osaka during Obon. By car, get off the expressway at "Miyake" and take a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes.We arrived at 8 o'clock to secure a spot, but the campsite with the waterfall was already full. The parking lot with the toilet one level above was still empty and we were able to secure a good spot.It took 10 minutes to walk through the rugged, ankle-deep river to get to the waterfall, but it felt athletic and I enjoyed walking to the waterfall. (I brought cheap water shoes, but as I was middle-aged, the soles of my feet got sore and the rubber on the soles fell apart as I walked over more angular stones than I expected. It's better to use jogging shoes that you can throw away. (Maybe) The waterfall was shallow, but the waterfall was deep, so I played with my kids in the negative ions with a floating ring.There is a stream in front of the BBQ place, but it was nice because we could catch small fish and let the kids play safely. On the way back, I went to a nearby hot spring and had a satisfying day.The staff at the BBQ place was also kind!

Nice place, quiet.. The water is not that deep. The parking lot is ample and it is close to the river, it also has 🚻 clean bathrooms. The only recommendation would be to go early to find a good place.

I use it every year. Local seniors will kindly guide you.Kids will love it because it's full of nature, with waterfalls and river play, and BBQ.The toilets are also clean.The main crowd is families, but around 12:00, groups of young people start playing music, so unfortunately it gets noisy.
