It's been a long time since I last went on a family trip with 3 generations including the elderly plus 2 dogs. It took us a long time to get there, and after checking in smoothly, we headed to dinner, which is one of the fun parts of the day. Everyone was in a good mood as a very luxurious meal was lined up in front of them.but! ! The wax used to heat the old woman's small iron plate was not strong enough to burn the meat, so I asked a middle-aged part-time worker to replace the wax. I can't replace it, because if I do, I'll get burned. You know what I'm saying?" Do you understand what I'm saying? That's too rude! ! Are you trying to pick a fight? I don't know what he meant to the customer, but I was furious on the spot. (Sorry, other customers)Another person's review from a year ago also mentions bad stories about this man, but isn't the hotel providing guidance? Is the policy of leaving the candle weak and waiting until the wax dies out without the meat being cooked? Or is it a waste to replace the wax? I was so disappointed that my trip was so ruined. I spoke with the person in charge, but customer service guidance was insufficient. Haven't you done any training?I was told at check-in that I would contact the kitchen to see if the dinner start time could be adjusted to a time that was convenient for me, but they forgot and I had to confirm again. When I took a bath the next morning, I found Kanabun walking on the floor and hair stuck in the drain. Haven't you cleaned it? I was prepared for the room to have a strong smell, but it was very clean.I paid a high price and ended up with a bad trip.I would like to hear comments from the company.

The staff really welcomed us with picturesque faces and our dogs were very happy! The inside of the building, the rooms, and all the equipment are very clean and well-maintained, and there is no pet odor at all, and the temperature inside the building and the dogs are very comfortable. It really shows that the dogs are put first, so I'm really glad I came here. It was a comfortable and stress-free stay for both the dogs and us, with many detailed amenities.

Although it was a hot season, I wanted to go to a hot spring, so I did a quick search and found this place, so I made a reservation right away. I've been to this area several times so I could spend time with my selfish dog, but it was my first time and I was a little nervous, but I decided to go after reading the reviews. As per the reviews, the staff were friendly and even helped my dog, who was having a hard time getting used to it. My family and I decided to come here again next time. thank you for helping me.

I visited you to celebrate my wife's birthday. It's located in a complicated area with many slopes up the Izu Kogen cherry blossom trees, but you can get there without any problems using Google Maps. The parking lot has a wide entrance and is easy to park.A staff member with an umbrella welcomed us in the rain. All the staff members are dog lovers and our daughter was very happy.I don't see many welcome signs these days, but it has the name and breed of the dog staying overnight, so it's a great way to make friends. The room has a waterproof mat-like flooring material that makes it easy to maintain when things get rough. It is non-slip so it is safe for children with weak legs.In winter, it feels cool to the touch with bare skin, but the heating works well and is comfortable. The hot springs are indoors only, and the large and small baths are switched between men and women at night.Even the small bath is comfortable and not too small. There is also a sauna in the public bath.Of course, it is a very nice hot spring that warms your body.Meals can be eaten together with other dogs in the dining room. The taste is good, there are many items, and the volume is perfect.I got it with boiled red sea bream and it was surprisingly big.Local sake and local beer also available. The dried horse mackerel we had for breakfast was very fluffy and delicious.All-you-can-drink soft drinks are self-service at the drink bar next to the front desk. There are indoor and outdoor dog runs, so you can let your dog play with peace of mind.It was a rainy day this time so the view was disappointing, but the view from the top of the stairs on the second floor was also nice.

Welcomed by dog-loving staffIt was a pleasant customer service. There are also three dog runs, including one in the courtyard.I was overjoyed.Don't worry even on rainy days because you can play on the run in the lobby. You can watch while drinking free drinks. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, especially the sukiyaki. If you have to give me a shortcoming,The bath is small so timing is key!Dogs and owners who are nervous due to poor soundproofingYou may be concerned about the sounds and voices next door. There are a number of parking spaces, butIt's not that big, so first come first served. Let's park in a good place. The facility is clean, soPlease try using it.

I stayed with my dog. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with no smells. As expected, the food was excellent. However, the baths were large and small, and the men and women were swapped, so the small bath was really small and I couldn't feel the hot spring feeling, so I deducted one star. The staff are also kind and the overall rating is highly recommended.
