Used by 1 person for 1 night and 2 days around September 2024.The key was to be unlocked by entering the PIN number displayed when you checked in online at the front door.If you are staying without meals in this price range, the cleanliness is sufficient. The mattress was made of rice crackers, but a layer of cushioning material was added underneath. The bath was small, so I used a nearby day-trip hot spring (minshuku). For dinner, we went to Machi Chuka. Both within walking distance. There were various posters posted in the room, and I thought it would be difficult to see the guests from overseas. It feels like a completely renovated room in an ordinary apartment. As I read past reviews, I felt that a lot of trial and error had been done, and even though there were only a few rooms, they were making an effort. There was no photo registration required during advance check-in.

To reserve accommodation, you must register by sending a photo of yourself. There are great benefits for administrators, but those who resist it are better not to do so. You might think they check in using facial recognition on the camera, but that's not the case. I'm worried that something might get lost or misused. The room has been renovated and is beautiful, in a way that you wouldn't expect from the outside atmosphere. It seems like they have everything you need including amenities and cooking utensils. The cleaning was thorough, and I had a good impression on my first stay, but I was disappointed because there were unpleasant stains on the futon sheets. I don't want to reuse sheets that have stains that cannot be removed by washing. I don't know if this is different from a hotel or something, but it was a good experience that I will try to avoid bringing my own sheets as much as possible when staying in a private lodging room.

When this place first opened, I was able to use it for just under 5,000 yen per night. And this time, I was able to use it during my summer vacation. When I used it for the first time, I felt it was a little inconvenient because I had to collect my garbage voluntarily, but I thought it was too cheap considering the facilities and the proximity to the station. , have the prices increased regardless of the tourist season? This time, the garbage collection has been improved, cooking utensils, detergent, etc. are now available for use, so I think things are better than before, and the room is in good condition and there are no problems. However, I feel that it would be a little aggressive if the price were to be charged outside of the tourist season. The facilities are well-equipped, but basically everything is self-service, and the rooms are in one section of the apartment, so you have to be considerate because the general public lives there. In that respect, I think it's easier to use because it's cheaper than a business hotel.

The room was spacious and nice, as if it was a room in a condominium (apartment?) where people normally live. The futon and pillows are quite thin. We had to make all the sheets ourselves, so it was quite difficult for 3 people in our household´д`;There's a convenience store within walking distance, and the station is right in front of you, so it's very convenient. (I don't mind the sound of the train)When I entered the room, it was closed, so I was concerned that there was a slight smell of sewage coming from the kitchen, but the bathroom, toilet, and other facilities, as well as the owner's response via email, were very courteous. It was good, so I gave it 4 stars! When I left the room, I didn't know where to return the key, so I went to the coffee shop downstairs and it was empty, but it wasn't open, so I returned it to the cashier, and a few minutes later I received a phone call saying that I was glad I had put it in the mailbox. I received a kind phone call.At first I was worried about the price, but it turned out to be a very nice room. I would like to use it if I ever go there again ^-^
