Be careful if you make a reservation during typhoon season the hotel has a strong cancelation policy and doesn't allow any refund even if all trains are canceled.

I was tired after waiting for a taxi for over 30 minutes at Izukogen Station. The place was a nice hotel with lots of greenery and warblers chirping. It appears to have previously been a private villa, and is a two-story building with no elevator. I thought it was early since dinner was set at 6pm, but the food was French and very delicious. There was only one other group of guests, so we were able to enjoy a quiet and relaxing meal.I guess it depends on the room, but you fill up a large bathtub with hot spring water, but when you fill it with hot water, your body floats up, making it difficult to get up. There were no handrails anywhere, so I felt it was a little unfriendly. The bed is comfortable, but be careful as your foot will sometimes hit the crate! You can choose to have breakfast at 8am or 9am. If you go at 9 o'clock, you can choose scrambled eggs. A heaping portion of salad, ham, sausage, scrambled eggs, and three types of small bread. As I thought at dinner, the bread was exquisitely delicious. Apparently they don't bake it at the restaurant, but I want to buy it to take home.I would like to continue using it.

My husband and I spent 3 days and 2 nights here. I was very satisfied with the quality of the food (French cuisine), rooms with hot springs, and staff service, which exceeded the price. I would definitely like to use them again.

My recent theme is where to go when I have time alone. Eat delicious food, take a hot spring, and read a book.I read that the food here was delicious, so I made a reservation with high expectations. It was located in a private villa area near Mt. Omuro, so it was difficult to find the way to the hotel. The building to the right of the main entrance was said to have been a privately owned villa (it had been renovated and only the stairs seemed to be the same as before. It was such a huge mansion, I wondered who owned it). There was a guest room with an open-air bath in the building. be.There is no shuttle service, so you can access by private car or by taxi from the station (approx. 8 minutes). It's a two-story building with about 10 rooms in total. There is no elevator. The rooms are quite compact, and when the weather is nice, they feel very open. You can enjoy hot springs in the bath in your room. I connected the Fire Stick TV to a TV with an HDMI terminal and enjoyed the Australian Open. The meal is a French course meal, and you can see the careful work that goes into preparing the food. All delicious. I guess the amount is a little small. Breakfast is also delicious. There are no shops inside the museum, so you might want to buy something.Room service is available until 8pm, only snacks and alcohol. The cherry blossom trees in the garden are beautifully lit from the dining room (I'll come back during the cherry blossom season)The rooms are quiet and have a nice view, and you can enjoy watching the stars in the night sky, making it a place you'll want to visit again as a stay-at-home hotel.
